Quick and efficient!! I was able to schedule my appointment online. The staff who interacted with me were friendly and informative. I had some concerns about my tires and they were able to give me an estimate on when they'd likely need to be rotated. I would certainly recommend!

Needed a part replaced, they took care of my family who needed it.

I thought it was the alternator which would have cost more to repair. But Pallens determined it was the belt tensioner which cost less. Thanks Pallens saving me the money.

I must say that the employees at Pallens will take care of you. Isabel and Tomas are great!! They are truely heaven sent and are honest, reliable, and affordable mechanics. Being a military family and having lived in many different states and countries, I must say that it has always been a struggle to find a good mechanic (especially one that is consistently honest and reliable); however, at Pallens, we have not had that problem. They have taken care of us and thoroughly explained the issue we had with our truck. Fixed and done! What a blessing.
