I have lived here 3 different times, and I could not be happier. I am reading the reviews being left, and can tell that these are from people that are being evicted or asked to leave for not following the rules per their lease. If you are one that is happier with prior management, that’s because you was being aloud to run over the manager at that time. If you are not following the rules and guidelines, not paying you’re rent on time, or causing destruction of property they will remove you. There has been so many changes for the company to follow company rules and protocol that if you can’t see the good changes that has been happening, you are apart of the issue. I have never had issues with office staff, management, or maintenance. Communication is great between staff and residence, maintenance work on the homes are done very quickly and honestly I have no idea what any of these people in the reviews are talking about. I lived here during prior management, and I can honestly say, this is the best management team I have ever seen take such fast action in correcting any issues prior.

Amber Ballard is an excellent property manager. I’ve seen many changes from the apartments themselves to the common areas outside. She’s quick to resolve any issues a resident has, and the management team is wonderful. I highly recommend this complex for anybody looking for an apartment :)

I have been in Laurel Commons for 13 years. I have raised my children here and I have to say that Laurel Commons is the best place to live. Amber the property manager is awesome she has made a complete turnover for the community. I am happy to live here.

Stellar service, I am moving from California to West Virginia. I have never had an easier approval process, the online payment system was incredibly convenient. Even moving 2500 miles has been a breeze, I can't wait to meet the pleasant staff that I've had the pleasure of dealing with on the phone.

This was the best place we have lived, hate we had to move but the staff and maintenance are amazing Kathy has helped us out greatly we are grateful to have had such a great apartment and staff thanks for everything guys!

The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! They answered all my questions the best they could.
