Jill is always so helpful and kind! Going to the post office gives me anxiety but she makes it easy!

The lady inside who works here is ALWAYS so nice and helpful anytime I stop at this location!! Some of the other locations need to take customer service lessons from her because I'll go out of my way to go to this location because I know she's VERY nice and she's not rude, like the clerks at other locations. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!

This is the best one for speedy, courteous service in the area! If your mail route person is making too many errors, are you ever home and can you ask them about it? All of the trucks have satellite hook up on them, so if you do file a complaint, the PO has the technology to see where exactly the Post Person left a package. Talk to the counter or call and simply ask for the Post Master of that Office. Then tell them the issue. I ship EVERY DAY. So my route person and that counter, they all know me. Do things get lost at times in the mail on me? Sure. But I know enough about the system to know that error may not have happened at that PO. The counter people here are always friendly and efficient with me. BUT, if you have a complaint, you can even call that location by phone and talk to the management. If you feel that is ignored, you can call above the local office as well. My experience with this location has been very good

I would like to send a huge shout out and thank you to the new USPS employee Chris Titus. She started a few weeks ago, and despite being her first day, and working solo, and a huuuuge line, she was friendly, efficient, and a good sport about what I am sure was a very stressful afternoon.

The Colorado and Leavitt Road locations have a great staff and I have never had more than a 5-10 minute wait. Even during busy hours and being short staffed, all the clerk's make it a point to get things done correctly, as quickly as possible and always always always have a smile (and we all know how hard that is on some days). Bre and Chuck at the Leavitt Rd PO are also very friendly and on their game.

Keep up the great work, just moved to Lorain and happy to be so close to a reliable post office.

Kind and knowledgeable staff. Waits not too bad when busy. Ample parking. Always get through when I call. Products and services needed are always available.

I have called twice and the Lorain office has been very friendly to me on the phone. If you treat people with respect you get in back. They took the time to answer my questions and were very informative.

This is one of the best around. The woman with long blonde hair is super fast and friendly. The older gentleman is a grouch, though.

Friendly and professional associates. Wait time depends on time of day, but usually in and out within 20 minutes if busy.

Let's see what happens tomorrow. A package was delivered but I wasn't home to sign for it, just called and asked them to hold it so I could pick it up tomorrow but didn't ask for any info so we'll see if they send it back out for delivery...
