Simple and easy experience, we had looked at a few couches earlier in the week, and came in to finalize purchase. Tony addressed me very quickly that he would be with me. Once he was available, I told him what I was looking for, was very informative on protection plans and configuration I could change on the sectional we liked that I was unaware of. Very appreciative for making my first time purchasing from them such a good and positive one.

Tony was the best sales guy! He was very professional and answered all questions clearly with our goal in mind. If you need a living room set or any kind of furniture you got to ask for Tony!

First time coming in the store and I was very pleased Dave came up and was very friendly and helped me with all my questions. He was not pushy at all in getting me to purchase which made me feel comfortable as in today's world everyone is about the money. Dave was more interested in making sure I could find what I wanted. I just want to begin by saying that my family are furniture experts. We have bought many pieces to furnish 2-3 homes over the years. But let me tell you the first time we walked into both locations we were overwhelmed with many great quality selections. Let’s just say furniture overload. My family met our salesperson who we felt was part of the family instantly!!! Wasn’t bothersome, she didn’t follow us around the store but let me say one thing………We learned a lot of product knowledge for those 5 hours that seemed like 30 minutes. Her name was Christa Tollman in the St Clairsville location. For a commissioned salesperson she was friendly, approachable, listened to our needs &&& had us all focus down to a couple of choices rather than the ten we liked. We went in this location wanting a living room set and walked out with that plus a dining room set & bedroom set while using their financing was really fast and easy to fill out. I will never shop anywhere else for furniture and if you want the Best of the Best with someone who really cares about her customers visit the store and ask for Christa specifically.

Dave was wonderful and very helpful in finding our sofa. They had it in stock and ready to deliver within the week! Definitely bought the protection cause for 5 years, you never know what could go wrong!
