Great Lakes Ace

I like the store except for the policy to harass costumers when they walk in the door. Some younger lady kept hollering at me down the aisle even though I obviously had it under control. After I told her I didnt need her help for the second time she was rude and said she could help me anyway. No means no. Let people ask for help themselves. If you constantly need someone to help find stuff in the store maybe the lay out isn't the best.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Pam, Kate, Uncle Tony and Mr. Willey all went above and beyond today helping us with our purchase of 80 bags of mulch. They offered excellent customer service, between getting us the best price possible and also getting everything loaded onto the truck smoothly. Thank you for your top notch customer service. It was very much appreciated.

Had coupons went to get flower pot they have good stuff there been there for years I bought a flower pot 12 inch got it for free w coupon it's the clay pots there good ones got to go there to get many more my plants are growing like crazy

Great place to shop!! All the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and eager to help and please!! The store is always neat, clean, well stocked and has great parking right out front with easy access to main roads and good footing into and out of the store with a well lit, flat, paved parking lot!!

I very seldom ever come out of there without the items that I need. I give them a description that goes something like this: I need a gizmo that kinda looks like this. I'm not sure how long it is but it cant be too long, and it can't be too wide but it needs to be wide enough. I don't know what they are called. Do you have any of them? Magically when I walk out the of the store I seem to have them in my hand. Thank you ACE.

Family owned by some of the nicest people you could ever want. Always someone to greet you and offer concise and knowledgeable staff. Season merchandise and a great selection with reasonable prices.

I am a regular local customer. Workers are always very helpful in finding what I'm looking for and knowledgeable in a lot of areas. I rearly have to wait for someone to help me, unlike the big box stores.

Ace is really where u can get almost everything u need for ur home and garden needs prices are not to bad ,but if you drive someplace else for ur products u loose any savings on what it cost in gas.
