If you have an old car, you can trust them with it. Last summer we acquired a 21 year old car with an unknown history. I brought it in for an inspection, not knowing if it was ready for the scrapyard or if it was worth fixing up. I did opt to fix it up (as much as I can). Mark has answered all my questions so I could decide what to do. They will do everything they can to get whatever you need done when you need it done. A few repairs have made a huge difference and it has gotten me everywhere I need to go all winter. They’ve also done work on my other car. I love the text message appointment reminders.

I chose this shop based on their google reviews. Didn’t disappoint. I was in and out same day, diagnosed correctly on the first shot, and they didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of other stuff. I’ve got a 22 year old truck and a new mechanic to look after it.

Took my car in for wheel bearing, hub assembly and tire rotation. Mark was very informative about the work. I was very impressed with this business and will not go anywhere else. I feel they are very honest. And thanks to Mark for informing me about everything.

Great service. Stopped in without an appointment. They checked my battery as requested in short time. Updates were given, the problem was fixed and the staff was extremely friendly. They always do great work!

His professionalism and dedication to take on Ally Protection Plan (DO NOT INVEST IN THIS PLAN!) to get the payment from them so we could get my SUV repaired. I will never go anywhere else (I apologize in advance Mark LOL). I was so pleased at the workmanship done on my SUV, and Mark was in constant communication with me and Ally to get the job done. These guys went above and beyond for my wife and I for her SUV. Fighting the insurance company for multiple days and going to bat on our behalf, they were so professional. Not only did they help win with the insurance by keeping paper trails on everyone they talked to and all the times they submitted the requested documents, but they did amazing at the repairs! This thing drives better than the day we pulled it off the lot.

Our car broke down on Route 80 over a holiday and Red Carpet was the only place concerned and willing to get us back on the road asap. My wife and I started using Red Carpet when we moved to Austintown, and now that we have moved about 20 minutes away we STILL use them because they are the best! They have a convenient online appointment scheduler, are very responsive via online and phone, and will work with your schedule as much as possible.

The quality of work they do is top notch, their professionalism is evident, and it's clear they are highly educated about your vehicle's needs and signs of issue. I had to leave my car with them over the weekend once and they offered to lend me a car to use over the weekend. I declined, but the offer was quite nice.

When you go in for anything - they are great about letting you know how everything is doing with your car, without pressuring you to buy all the repairs right then and there like it's life or death. They are measured and honest about the seriousness and timeline for each item of wear. Every time they call me about my car, their thoroughness of explanations really make it obvious that they are masters at their craft and they take the time with each and every vehicle.

I recommended them to my parents, and now they go there exclusively even though they too live 20 minutes away.

I called around and explained the problem with my car and was given extremely high estimates. I decided to use a local person and called Red Carpet. They advised they would check it out and call me with an estimate instead of assuming the worst case scenario. I had my car towed there. MUCH less expensive than I was lead to believe. Great service and very professional.
