D ended up detailing our Jeep himself because the service department was busy. He went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased. My family has bought nine vehicles from Myers. There's a reason for this. Customer service is top notch. The sales team and management are friendly and very helpful. The service department is amongst the best I've ever dealt with. Can't recommend them enough.

Excellent service department. After the issues I had with my truck from the dealership I purchased from (Liberty Ford) it was a breath of fresh air to have skilled mechanics do such an excellent job on my repairs. Even before looking at the truck, just based on a quick video I showed them of a leak I had they said it was probably the water pump. They did the diagnostic and sure enough it was the water pump. They also took care of some rubbing noises in my steering column without being asked. They just noticed it while pulling the truck in and fixed it for me. Recall work was also done without prompting, they seen the recall pop up with vin check and took care of it. They even fixed a prior issue I had with my wiper fluid that the purchasing dealership was supposed to fix but their "fix" only lasted a week. I'm confident in Myers enough that it's truly fixed.
Overall, I don't think my experience could have been any better. I will be taking my truck here for any and all future repairs going forward.

Had a coolant leak and called Myers. Was told I could bring it in the next day. Myers was able to diagnose and repair the problem that morning. I was grateful they were able to do this that morning, because like many, can't go without a car. I would recommend myers.

I have purchased 2 vehicles through this dealership through loans, and have never regretted it! They go above and beyond to make sure you leave with what you want! I had Chad the first time, but I don’t remember the second man. Both times, two separate employees and the same amazing service! I highly recommend! Treat you like family the minute you walk in the door! I’ve had both of these vehicles serviced strictly through Meyers the entire time I had them, and their shop and the mechanics are awesome! The minute you walk through the door, you have someone greeting you and offering a beverage to hold you over on your wait. Even the few trade in vehicles on the lot are kept up worth a look for your high school first time driver! You cannot go wrong with Meyers! Joe was my salesman. He was very helpful, quick and to the point. I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter. All I had to do was give him a ballpark budget and he found her an awesome Jeep. Chad made the paperwork quick and easy. He was able to answer all my questions as well. It was a great car buying experience!

I didn't buy a vehicle here, but my attempt at buying one was so great, I think it warranted a review. Chad was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He was quick, efficient, to the point, informative, honest, and overall polite. He never tried to pull the wool over my eyes or sell something for something it wasn't. He was open and honest about everything I could have hoped for and unfortunately the numbers couldn't support me trading in at this time. I don't often play favorites on cars as I normally just chase the best deal, but I will be watching the inventory at Myers solely for the potential chance to get to deal with Chad and hopefully give him the sale he deserves.

So, long and short, don't hesitate to reach out and ask for Chad, you won't regret it and it may change your outlook on the (often dreaded) process of buying a car.
