Extremely unhelpful, rude and condescending towards me on the phone! took everything I had not to give them a piece of my mind and report the person that I had spoken to, but in this day and age nobody really gives a darn!! and I have better things to do than to argue with some miserable nasty individual, be damned if I'll stoop to that level. Thank you for making me feel like a fool! this is EXACTLY why things are so screwed up in this world, because of companies like this that could care a less...UNREAL!!!
