U-Haul Moving & Storage of Elyria

We had no problem getting our storage until with Hunter. The staff were respectful and helpful! We had a little delay because our payment wouldn't work but they waited for us to return and everything worked out. They were busy but still took the time out to help us. We've always used this UHaul in the past to move and never had any issues. Thank you for the patience with us! We appreciate it!

Helpful and supportive staff. Made my move very easy. Noah was patient and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease about driving the truck and towing my car with a tow dolly. Excellent service.

Serena helped me with the rental process and my experience with her and U-Haul was like renting from a friend.

The general manager Serena was a horrible person to deal with she was very rude and very concerned about her DoorDash order when I was there for a trailer their system is horrible every time the system was needed for the next part of the purchasing process it froze I recommend Serena get on that however five stars because every associate I dealt with was amazing besides Serena.
The associate at the computer who booked me for my truck name was Clay and he was very helpful even though he was new he did a great job so did all the service technicians everybody but Serena please replace her.

I rented a truck, and moved someone with ease, thanks to their efficiency here. They were quite busy and were able to handle all of us, with no problem! They have decent coffee to keep you going, and had all of the supplies that i needed! Everything was clean and well maintained. The girl behind the counter was very sweet, funny, and helpful. Thanks!

My phone died and I did not even have directions to my destination but the kind Ladies at UHaul of Elyria were not only kind enough to charge my phone up a bit but they also printed out directions for me so I knew where I was going after that. THANKS SO MUCH!
