Austintown Fence

Austintown Fence exceeded my expectations. They were able to come out and start working way sooner than what was expected and they finished in a very timely manner. They also instead of using pre-fabricated fence panels put the pickets up one at a time which allowed them to ensure the fence had a more cleaner look. I highly recommend Austintown Fence!

When I needed new fencing, I decided to get two estimates; one from Nine Line Fence and one from Austintown Fence, two of the most highly recommended companies. I wanted a company that was well-established, reputable, and reliable.

What I didn’t know at the time was that there was a business transaction happening behind the scene. Ernie Yocum from Austintown Fence wanted to retire. He had such a high opinion of Tom Paisley at Nine Line Fence that he called Tom and offered to sell him his business. Tom accepted, and Tom is now the owner of Austintown Fence.

Tom Paisley is a hands-on owner. He was there to give me the initial estimate. The install took 1-1/2 days. He came out for the entire first day of the install, and was there for part of the second day. He wants things done properly and to specifications; not something that is going to fail in a couple years.

As requested, part of my fence was chain link, and part was vinyl. Tom and his crew did a beautiful job on both. It was exactly what I wanted, but, aesthetically, it turned out even better than I had envisioned.

Everyone I have encountered at Austintown Fence is professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. If you need fencing, do not hesitate to call Austintown Fence for a quality job at a fair price!

A tree fell on our chain link fence and swimming pool in April. We wanted the old fence removed and a new wooden and vinyl fence installed (2 different areas). Austintown Fence was 1 of 2 companies that would actually come out and do a free estimate. JJ came out and immediately I was blown away with his professionalism. I had lost faith in a lot of contracting and customer service businesses because it seems like no one wants to do the work or treat the customer like a priority. I did not get that impression from anyone at Austintown Fence. JJ walked our property, examined the jobsite and addressed my questions and concerns thoroughly. I had my written estimate within 24 hours. Once they received all of the materials for our vinyl fence, they called and scheduled our install. Within a week our old chain link fence was gone and our new wood and vinyl fences were in place. Initially I was concerned that parts of the wooden fence were too high off of the ground. I addressed my concerns at the office when I made my final payment. Within a week the guys were back out at our house making some adjustments. I was mostly surprised by this because I wasn't expecting anything to get done due to the fact that I had already paid for the service in full. My experience with other companies has been pretty negative with service after the sale. I am glad to see that there are still some places that treat customers right. These guys are professional from the day they come out to do the estimate to the day they finish the job, they knew I had dogs and had to get a fence up asap .. just moved in a new home and it was priority 1 to get a fence. We got the estimate the materials and everything else needed to be done within 2..3 weeks! Great job all the way around and plan on using them again in the spring for another project. 5 stars all day!! Thanks again fellas! God bless.

After a wind storm, I noticed my old privacy fence was swaying; I went out to check & it was rotted in the posts so I contacted AF as my neighbor had one installed last summer. Mr Paisley came out & was very on top of what needed to be done - his team came in on a nasty Friday & took the old one down & set the new posts . . . Then today 3/15/23 his next team put up the cross pieces & put up the pickets very efficient & professional- I am very happy with the job that was done 🤗 J Ries

AF was a pleasure to deal with for the purchase of our fence project.The salesmen inside were helpful, professional, and friendly. Yes, there may be a wait time for materials, but it is most certainly due to this "wonderful" pandemic. I felt they were doing their best to get our fencing materials as quickly as conditions allow.

Austintown Fence was great to deal with. They quickly set up an appointment for surveying of the fence. Once surveyed they remained communicative in relaying installation timing and were considerate with when payments were due. Great quality and fast installation, would highly recommend!👍

I have shopped this place for years. Nothing but the best of help, the smartest of ways to fix things and great product. The owner and his wife treat with a hello, and are quick to help. Tom, has helped me out a lot with products, repair and how to videos , in person. The lock for the gate still was the best idea yet. Thanks
