I've been to quite a few jewelry stores. This one by far had the best customer service I've experienced ever! The store manager was very helpful and went over the many options and choices available to me. He gave Great recommendations, some of which I wouldn't have thought I would appreciate, those ended up being my favorites. He talked to me like a person and not just another sale. Never felt pressured to buy and wasn't overwhelmed by tons of choices. He tailored the shopping experience specifically for me. Will definitely spread the word and return to this location.

The best! Megan and Leslie absolutely amazing. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced, and make you feel so welcome and cared for. They have great selection, and the sales people help you choose what's right for you instead of just pushing the most expensive thing on you. I love all the jewelry I've gotten from here!

Everyone in the store is always so helpful and knowledgable.

The Atmosphere as soon as you walk in is very welcoming! They ask the right questions to figure out what you need that best fits you! Never felt pressured to purchase! Store management is awesome!

Absolutely love my ring, the service was amazing and every time I get the ring serviced I leave happy even when they have found something wrong , they were very quick to get it fixed

Best place I've ever been for jewelry. Very knowledgeable staff. I always end up with more pieces then what I went in for with the amazing deals and quality. Wish i could give more then 5 stars. Nate Nicklas has helped me many times and is very professional and well dressed.

An absolutely great experience at this store. I had purchased an item online to pick up at the store. I had caught a sale late and couldn’t make it to the store in time otherwise. The item was a small Valentine’s Day gift since the recipient and I haven’t been together long. The associates in the store were great. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. They even took the time to gift wrap the item for me, providing a real touch of elegance to the overall presentation. I will certainly be shopping in this store for future purchases.
