Yoder Floor Design

Just getting to this review from installation of hardwood floors in our upstairs during lockdown 2020. Ruby was great to work with and understanding. Willis did an excellent job installing. Over a year later and I LOVE the floor AND it has cut down on our allergies after having carpet!

Wonderful company to do business with

Built a home and the vinyl plank flooring we got through the builder was defective and installed wrong. After unsuccessfully working with the builder for 6 months to get the issue resolved, they finally put me in contact with Yoder Floor Design. Tory was wonderful and got the manufacturer to replace the flooring and installation very quickly. From the time she originally contacted me through the working theough the claim and having the new floor installation finished was less than 3 months. Their installers were great as well. We'll be using them in the future when we finish our basement!
