I really enjoy being a patient here. Yes, the appointments take longer but it is because you get a chance to talk to numerous health care workers from mental health to dental, they have it all. They care and take the time with you if needed. Usually if I went to a doctor in the past I was always talked over and written off...this place listens to my needs.

I've been going to this dental clinic for several years now and have received excellent care. All of their dentists and associates are well trained and do exceptional work. They are all kind and compassionate as well. I am very satisfied with my services and am very grateful to have care I can afford.

Tried to call on the 27th and 30th of October to verify an appointment. It is a week later and still no return call. Pretty sure the appointment was missed. Tried to call again today and simply got fed up with being treated like a number.

You are either blasted with emails, text messages and automated phone calls or you get nothing. Seems there is no middle ground.

All I was trying to do was not miss an appointment. Guess it wasn't important enough to return a phone call.

Waited over 1.5 hours to be seen because the provider let someone very late to their appointment be seen ahead of the rest of the people waiting in the office that arrived on time. I dont feel that is acceptable and this is the last time I will come to this office. I have given this facility many chances and I fully understand it can be busy and hectic but they need to learn time management and prioritization. I will be finding a new PCP.

They never answer their phone and its annoying, like what are you supposed to do if its an emergency? smh. I'm seriously considering finding a new doctors office its getting to be ridiculous and very frustrating.

I have monthly appts here right now. & the NP & most of her team that I’ve seen or see have always been nice to me. But I think all health care you are a number anymore. The appts are usually a bit long. But I have gotten over that. My own and biggest issue is that when I am truly sick: fever, chills, coughing mucus up, Etc. Trying to reach them to schedule is impossible. & if I do end up reaching someone to schedule they always tell me they have nothing available for sometimes over a week. Which when I’m sick and have been for days & may need an antibiotic I’m always focused to see the stupid urgent care or go to ER. It just seems crazy to me that I can’t schedule to see my physician when I’m sick. Especially when it doesn’t fall on my monthly check up appointments. My best bet Would to be scheduling an appointment for Once every week that way when I get sick, I could see a doctor. But nope have to suffer instead. if I have to go to urgent care or ER, I don’t know why they’re considered my primary.

I called to setup my appt and explained why I needed to be seen. Then when I get to my appt one person takes me to the room, asks why I’m there, and I tell her. Another walks in and asks why I’m there. Then another person walks in to ask and then finally the nurse practitioner. There was one very concerning reason as to why I was there and none of them passed that along only the one or two minor reasons I listed. So they clearly don’t communicate and they like to waste time.
The NP also prescribed my husband two medications that CANNOT be taken together and he almost had to go to the ER.

“ Dr. Rahman” is it!?I went in to get a tooth pulled but neither the “dentist” or the “dental assistant” really knew which tooth they had me scheduled to pull… but that’s not the worst of it! This “dentist” literally gave me two numbing shots; one being in the roof of my mouth, and then kicked me out! Real professional! No wonder she only has one star reviews on here. If I could give her no stars I would. Of course I’m gona get upset when you speak to me like I’m stupid!
She’s literally horrible, she didn’t even do the exam on my teeth to determine what needs to be done; but evidently is the one going to go to be pulling my teeth. I have enough health issues. I’m not tryn to go to multiple appointment to have one tooth pulled each time then fill every tooth on my top row! That’s stupid! Why not do what the patient wants and pull my top row! It’s my mouth! But yet they get to decide.!

I have had so many issues with this place but due to me having really bad insurance it was the place ive been stuck with, They completely disrespected anything i had to say about my health and chalked it up to i was having Depression and Anxiety and CONSTANTLY trying to ( and even succeeded for a long while) that i NEEDED to have Meds for those things, Even after i had bad reactions to the meds they were giving me they still persisted to tell me that they were side effects that would go away. Eventually those meds caused me to become incontinent of bowl and bladder AND become afraid of everything and everyone, I had lost about 40 lbs in a month and a half because everything i ate and drank made me sick. I finally stood up to them and absolutely refused to take any meds whatsoever other than my inhailer ( which i have used my WHOLE life) and i just called for a refill and they say they wont perscribe me anymore because im going through them so fast ( i use ONE per month/month and a half) I dont go to them for anything else but that. They were also very very disrespectful to my husband when he needed help too... They also approved me to get all my teeth pulled and get dentures and after HALF my mouth was done the doctor stopped and said Oh you should go see a surgeon.. and that was the last time i saw anyone from the dental team... Now.. My husband and i both absolutely refuse to go there anymore.. OH i almost forgot.. for my youngest to get into high school she needed a vax .. her doctors prior to this visit are ALL from tiffin.. and somehow they LOST all her files from prior vaccinations.. this place tried to FORCE me to have her get ALL vaccinations ( from birth and up administered AGAIN before they would give her the vax for school .. after i refused ... they wouldnt see her again.. a week later her actuall doctor came back from leave and did the vax the same day he came back.. Terrible place... absolutely terrible!!

I have called multiple times back to back for weeks and weeks at this rate to get an appointment with the dental team, left so many voicemails and have had no call back. Finally called the pharmacy and got through to someone, who took my information and gave to someone on the dental team, only to be called back and transferred to the voicemail AGAIN. I’ve been experiencing severe discomfort from a cavity and wanted it fixed before my wedding this weekend. And yet here we are. At this rate how do you guys even stay open? Like who are you helping? What a joke.

Almost always stuck waiting well over 30mins from original appointment time to be seen. Things have gone down hill since the rotation of providers shuffling through. Honestly it was better in the old office when Luke and Cindy were around. Just rude and shoving you out the door without help these days. Dental is good though no issues there.
