Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bryan-Montpelier, an IHG Hotel

The staff is awesome, despite the woman the works front desk she wasn’t helpful at all!!! But her boss makes up for it I see why he is the boss !!! But all in all very clean colorful not your standard boring colors an abstract setting arrangements the pool is a great temp. All in all I’ll be back but can I suggest to have feminine products in store or on hand not lot of stores in area especially open late!!!!

THE SHEETS! OMG the sheets! They were amazing! I need to find them and purchase them and put them on my bed! Seriously though, no complaints. I stayed here on my trip to the east coast, and loved it so much I deliberately looked for one to stay at on my way home.

Sue is an Allstar. I called with some questions and concerns about my upcoming trip. She answered all my questions and alleviated all of my concerns promptly. She was kind and knowledgeable. Fantastic work, Sue. I really appreciate the accommodation.

Wonderfully kind staff, maybe the best quality breakfast I've had a hotel in a while -- chobani yogurt, fresh fruit, Red Mill oatmeal. Clean rooms. And very dog friendly

I was hesitant to stay here after reading the reviews, we were tired after traveling and needed a hotel to stay in that evening. We were checked in by Sue, who was very friendly and helpful - I highly recommend talking with her if you check in at early evening. I requested a room on the first floor, if available, there were a couple available. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The carpet was a little damp after just being cleaned, not complaining and was very happy. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean too. The kids went to the pool and had a relaxing time with other families.

The breakfast was really good and the food kept being restocked after families went through. The area was very clean too. The person working with the morning breakfast was Corena, very nice.

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. I'm sorry to read the poor reviews, I couldn't find anything wrong. I had a great night sleep in a very clean room.

Rooms clean, quiet. Breakfast bar was OK. Internet worked fine. A little pricy for Holiday Inn Express.

Stopped on the last leg of a long drive. Happy to find Holiday Express. Reasonable rates for an updated hotel. Fridge and microwave in room. Gym and pool for guests. Clean and bright environment. Safe location and close to restaurants.

I was surprised when we walked into the room of how spacious it was! The room was very clean. It was a little warm in the room when we first arrived but it didn't take long to cool down. The light in the bathroom was cool. It's all around the mirror so it's not overly bright but just perfect.A full breakfast was offered and was very good. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed overnight passing thru. Late check in went GREAT! Bed super comfortable. Breakfast was superb and actually ready earlier than expected. Exceeded all expectations. Thanks very much!

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Rooms were immaculate and clean. Such a great place to be and checkout isn't until noon. Don't forget about the extremely yummy pancakes (but the sausage and eggs were yummy too!)

From desk Michelle she very nice. Room clean bed very nice , price not too bad… breakfast , good basic choices 🔝. Have park for 18 wheelers. Two restaurants one inside and other cross street. Two convenience stores across street.

Showed up early in the AM and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk attendant. After a long day of travel and arriving later than scheduled, the front desk attendant had us checked in within 3 minutes. The rooms are very clean and quiet, and this property is located conveniently close to I-80. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Front desk staff was amazing and was very patient and understanding when our reservation had an issue in their system. Comped me a free water! The room was very neat and tidy. No weird smells or stains. Bed was comfy! We all slept like babies. Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had! Loved our stay!

This was a fabulous hotel and stay! My family and I have been traveling across the country for 10 days. We have stayed in a variety of hotels. This ranks in the top 3. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, a hot breakfast, an indoor pool, clean lobby, and hallways. All the vending machines were working and there is a little store for snacks. The staff was super friendly.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wanted a good night's sleep.

Clean, pet friendly and a good place to stop if you need to sleep

PET-FRIENDLY! I booked my stay a couple weeks in advance due to moving. I checked in at 6pm. I told front desk I had a dog there was a $35 fee which I knew from booking online. She moved our room to the first floor. Once she said she was guna move our room I expected to get a room that smelled like dog cuz they always give it to dog people however room smelled clean. Everything was nice they even had a microwave. Not a lot of places have microwaves so I was surprised. We left first thing in the morning. Great stay.

The location is convenient being that it is right off the highway, but there's not much else around there. Still five stars because of the overall experience. Friendly staff, nice rooms, and plenty of room for my dogs.

Always pleased with Holiday Inn Express Locations. We stayed here one night while traveling from WI to Massachusetts. Hot breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Clean room. Would recommend.

Great Hotel! My experience at this location was better than the other hotels, they give the best service and offer clean and spacious rooms for the price. I loved the breakfast it was fresh, tasty and prompt. Suitable for a family or couple who are looking to spend a decent yet comfortable stay !! Staff appreciates tip and will go above and beyond for you👍
