The most professional, charismatic, honest and caring realtor in Orange County. She’s a great believer in Christ and it was God’s will for me to stumble upon her while I was only looking at condo’s without the intention of actually purchasing because I didn’t have enough money but love open houses to see what I need to work towards owning someday. Again, God’s plan. I gave her a lot of excuses and just wanted to look around the condo she was showing and we sparked up a conversation that lead her to tell me that I needed to have faith and that I didn’t need as much money as I thought. That there were multiple programs especially for first time home buyers. But most importantly, we had a spiritual connection and conversation and before you know it, I qualified and put less than $2800 out of pocket and was signing paperwork to my first condo. Unbelievable. I’m still in shock 2 years and a half later. She explain details every step of the process and we learned fro each other. She doesn’t pressure and she will share the knowledge you need to have a total understanding of her job as a realtor, the sellers position and your position as a potential buyer. She wants you to be comfortable and have all accessible information so that you don’t have regrets or feel pressured. She does it the right way. A righteous way. I would still be a renter if it wasn’t for her and right now, I have about $60k in equity! Can you imagine? If I sell my condo I could pocket that. If I continue to rent, I would t have any equity or this investment! Please use her as your realtor and refer her. You will never be disappointed. This is not a pitch sell. This is the truth.
