Kaitlyn Soukup she is the best doctor I've ever met. She helped me and my kids more then any other doctor in the past. You will be missed. Thank you!!! (Her nurse jodi Is amazing as well ❤❤)

I’m leaving this review after having a exceptional experience this morning. Dr vogel and nurse Ashley T were wonderful and made a stressful experience very easy for me and I can’t thank them enough. These times are hard and I’ve had experiences with nurses and doctors that haven’t been the best since covid has started. I will definitely come back and even thinking of making this my family care clinic rather than going to Greenville. I can’t thank y’all enough!

I have had amazing experience with both hip surgeries and recovery. Would definitely go to Dr. Demerits n Dr Erik again

The new Aurora BayCare location in Kaukauna now has a 3D Mammogram. The technician who operates it is amazing! It was the gentlest, most pain-free mammogram that I have ever had. It makes the yearly mammogram less dreaded. The nurses and doctors that I have seen in Kaukauna are fantastic! They are friendly and helpful.

The main appointment number has a long hold time, especially in the mornings. Try to get the direct number, if you can.

The missing star is for the billing department. If you even mention a UTI, your office fee is about double. That does not include the lab fees. Over billing seems to be more common in all the health care systems. I don't understand why a 10 minute visit to your primary care provider, with no exam, costs an office fee of $416.

I also want to mention Covid precautions. They do the usual screening. I have been there several times and the place is never overcrowded. The building is huge and there is plenty of space to social distance and feel fairly safe - which is nice. Right now, friends and family are not allowed in with you.

Me as a father I’m being punished for keeping are family together to see the doctor for my 4 year old sons ear infection. It’s a policy where they can only have one parent with child. So I have to sit outside a freezing cold car to wait for him to be seen. That really looks great to my son as he grows up to see this also.. you don’t think this is going scar him?! I’m never going forget this.

No wonder families are separating. I’m not important so I get punished and have to sit in car because I’m supportive of family and we are a team and we stick to for support. That’s bull$hit! There was no one else in waiting room… the secretary me my wife and son?! What kinda horse $hit is this?! Picture of the empty parking lot?! There is no one here ?!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to dispute an "urgent care" appointment that they charged me $625 for. Prevea charges $247 for the SAME type of appointment. We were "funneled" to this location because their others were "full," well, I would have NEVER gone if I knew they charged this much. I called to get answers and they didn't call back after I left messages to clarify. Now they sent my bill into collections and are unwilling to admit this is a crazy amount for a 15 min "urgent care" appointment. I would like a call back or a number to actually talk to someone who CARES PLEASE!!!!

Will never be back here again. Was completely dismissed about the concern I went in there for. Was told multiple different things for what it “wasn’t” and a possible answer for what it was. Sat in the waiting room and sat waiting for my discharge papers longer than what the dr saw me for. Dr was very rude and condescending.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. TWICE they have told us our bill was paid in full, and both times after that we received a letter from a collection agency. We’ve asked for detailed billing and detailed payment information but it was never sent. I’d like to know where these additional charges are coming from but nobody there can tell me.

Called to make a follow up visit with my PCP after being seen in urgent care & for a new symptom, it's already been 6 days since my UC visit, was told the first available appointment is 8 days from now.
Little ridiculous. Never went through that when I saw Kaitlyn Soukup.

Where do I even start. All in the last year:
1. Went in for an MRI (They asked me many times if I have anything metal on me). As they are about to start the machine I say "Shouldn't I take off this mask you gave me to wear? Because it has metal in it!"
2. Had an appointment where the Dr looked at my shoulder. He came into the room, looked at it, asked just a couple questions then walked out without saying anything. I sat for a good half hour before realizing he wasn't coming back. So I walked out without ever seeing anyone on the way out.
3. Went in to check out a potential kidney stone. The Dr told me it was a pulled muscle as the CT showed no stone. Then for the next few weeks I fielded calls from Aurora asking if I wanted to schedule PT for my back pain and a Urology follow up. Except there was no actual back injury and no kidney stone. When did health care providers start upselling?
Needless to say I have moved on from Aurora.

Update: Nov 22 I receive my bill for potential kidney stone... which is due Nov 24th. Statement date of Nov 11. Thanks for the 2 days notice.

Every single service I received here was significantly more expensive than ThedaCare and Ascension, even compared with urgent care at both of those vs. primary care here. And on top of that, Aurora sub-contracted reading my x-rays to BayCare clinic but had BayCare send me the billing separately. I thought my bill was paid in full, then months later received a notice from BayCare that my balance was past due.

If I hire a general contractor, I expect to get one bill from that general contractor, not several more from every awful sub-contractor they hired. I didn't choose or hire BayCare radiology department - Aurora did. I understand this is "just how healthcare billing works," but why does healthcare billing in this country have to be so horribly awful and broken?
