Motor Vehicle - Fruita Branch - Mesa County, Colorado

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the individual providing service today. 4/27/21. She was efficient, hard working and kind/considerate to individuals with physical handicaps or a lack of understanding associated with the registration process. She gets a 5 star rating in my opinion.

Today was difficult because they had a long line of people and only one clerk. However, I would like to express the excellent customer service I received! A clerk showed up and started helping with all the customers. When the clerk finally got to my number, I explained how I had temp plates on a vehicle that I had purchased over 6 months ago. He listened to my frustration about trying to get the paperwork completed each and every month since 12/4/20! He asked me who I had talked with each time that I had called and what was the dealerships reasoning behind the delay. After understanding that the dealership is at fault and he called the finance department, the dealership all on my behalf and explained how they are unable to give me plates without proper registration. I was very impressed on how professional he was and how he went above and beyond to help me fix this problem!! This is customer service! Thank you, Trinadad at Fruita DMV !!

Hate to imply that any other DMVs are coming up short, but we happen to have the World's Best DMV here in Fruita, CO. The people are friendly, competent, calm and efficient. We are new to town and wow, what a breath of fresh air.

Busy but fast. In and out in an hour depending on the line. Only open Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The folks here are just the best!
They go above and beyond to help customers.

The ladies here are very helpful and jovial. They make a painful experience pleasant!

If you're not open for business it should reflect that online.
