I didn’t even realize there was a flower shop in Concrete, WA! Tracy is amazing. She designed a dense, lush, beautiful bouquet of local wildflowers for my mother. This is also a gift shop so she also did virtual shopping with me to help me select the perfect gifts for my mother on her birthday. She even hand delivered the flowers and made my mother feel so special. Tracy’s kindness is tops and the arrangement was so lovely. The gifts were thoughtful and unique and the price point was very fair. Thank you, Tracy!

I had the greatest experience with Dawn's Floral! So.... I am in the Navy and placed a Mother's Day order from San Diego and was out to sea while my order was being processed. There was a problem with the address on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered (Saturday before Mother's Day) and Dawn's Floral tried to call me to get it figured out, but I didn't have phone service out in the ocean.

Instead of canceling my order, refunding me, or delivering late, Dawn's Floral delivered the most beautiful flowers to my wife ON MOTHER'S DAY! It was a day they would have normally been closed, and a day they should have been at home celebrating as well.

When I was finally able to talk to my wife she cried at how beautiful they were and I personally will never forget the kindness and flexibility of the staff. I can't wait to do business again!
