Absolutely fantastic stay! Small older motel that havs been beautiful updated! Best towels I've ever seen at an motel comfortable beds and a quiet room! Pennington the manager is amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! I also have to say this it the best small town I've been to everyone is kind and friendly clean safe place with great spots for drinks and food! Thank you for an awesome stay!!

We loved our stay at this awesome motel it has an amazing tiki room to hang in! Such a relaxing town with so much to do in the area the Grand Mesa is at the tip of your fingers. The owners are really nice and cool!

A true hidden gem. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean and neat. The room looks like it was recently remodeled. A very nice place to stay.
Several local businesses are nearby within a short walk; restaurants, groceries, hardware and more.
If you’re looking for lodging in the area, the Alpine Motel is a great choice

With the bed and pillows being so comfortable, and the curtains keeping the room so dark, when I woke up it was a few hours later than I thought it was!
The motel is quiet and cozy, and I was happy to have a refrigerator and all the amenities I needed. Being able to grab coffee from the office in the morning was CLUTCH. Everyone staying there, including the staff, were very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this motel!

We hade a wonderful visit at the Alpine Motel! The bed and bathrooms were very clean.
The towels and bedding were top quality! The beds were so comfortable!
We also enjoyed a drink in the Tiki room! I would highly recommend this motel when you are in the area!

What a unique experience! This quaint little gem of a motel has upgraded lots of amenities and looks to continue that trend. When you can feel the owners care about your stay, it makes you want to come back, and that’s exactly what we’ll be doing… often. Thanks for a great little weekend away from the heat!

Good afternoon. I am finally getting to this about 2 weeks after my FANTASTIC stay at the Alpine. Everything about the place was great. Comfortable,relaxing and clean. Pennington was the best General Manager ever. He make’s sure the guests are comfortable & feel safe. Pennington ensured that the rooms were sparkling clean & the linens were soft & clean. I have stayed here 2 years in a row and Mark was beyond helpful each time! I would highly recommend a stay, great local food, the town folks are all great and welcoming. Great little town to get away from the big city's.

I wish I could give this place better than a 5 star rating!! Pennington is fantastic rooms are awesome. What a great welcoming clean and safe place! The town is also awesome such nice people! We will be back

Super friendly (owner/manager?). Clean room, very cute and perfect for this small town. Beds were comfortable and the heater works. Plenty of hot water, we had short notice and no problem with getting a room for two nights even though it was beginning of hunting season. Had a fridge with freezer (works very well), and microwave. Didn't see an ice machine, but we made ice with the water cups provided (only because I missed the general store's hours).

Charming & SO Clean!
The Alpine Motel is the perfect 'base camp' for exoring the Grand Mesa. Our room was meticulously clean and had complimentary toiletries.
The beds were so comfortable after a days exploring and the linens were fresh and soft.
The owners are gracious and care immensely for thier property. The Tiki Lounge on the 2nd floor is a must see... delightfully decorated and a great place to hang out with a drink , music and friends.
Collbran is a great town ... the Mesa Bloom market for speciality snacks, liqour store Collbran Cafe for icecream and Mountain High Pie. This town is adorable.
We will be back 100%. Its worth a stay!!

The motel owner was friendly and accommodating, and he had a lot of good recommendations for things to do around town. The liquor store is within walking distance, which is a major plus. The free coffee at the motel was a nice touch too!

It was a relaxing weekend in Collbran CO. We loved the vibe at The Alpine Motel- we could tell everything was updated with guest in mind. The beds and linens were super comfy and clean. For sure staying again!

We had no reservations, but not only did they give us a very nice room for an amazing price but they made everything so easy and wonderful! I will tell anyone I know who is going to be in the area that this is without a doubt the ONLY choice for their stay!

Really clean rooms which are all currently being updated. If this was ever a smoking hotel you cannot tell as the rooms smelled really clean. On site manager was extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommend

Very clean, spacious room. Really appreciated the owners working with us as the family was all there for a wedding. Nice bed and wonderful bathroom!

Was looking for hotel that wasn't a big chain. Found the Alpine. Excellent price. Place was clean and everything was updated. Manager was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
