This place was perfect!! 🎯💪🏼💯❤👊🏻 I came for a late lunch on a Saturday. The atmosphere was so real. The location, the decoration, the staff, the ladies' outfits, the music, the food, the hospitality, the bell, the BBQ pits, the bar, the crowd, the drive up ordering 😆😆😆!! Loved it all!!! So "Texas".....So Country. The owner was very down to earth and accomodating. Even the Sold Out sign was perfect. 😆😆😆 You have a good thing going!! Definitely a hidden gem that deserves more visibility. My new favorite weekend hideaway. A true Texas BBQ experience in NM.

It has been a couple of months since the last time I stopped by.
I just want to say the owner is doing an amazing job with not only the food but his employees. Every time we stop by they are just the most kind and sweetest to us!

For sure a hangout spot and a way to satisfy an appetite for some good smoked meat and delicious stuffed and bacon wrapped chiles, my favorite!

Can't wait to get me some again!

Food was good. In Texas you judge BBQ by the brisket, but we were not in the mood, but others said it was good, along with their pulled pork sandwiches. The chicken ate a little dry but didn’t ruin the day. Quick service and good food, a definite stop to try. I would suggest, though, some onion and pickles to help cut the fattiness of the meal.

Couldn’t wait to try Rollin’ Smoke and finally did. It was all we hoped for! Delicious brisket, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and pulled pork. Perfect potato salad and ice cold beer. Sat outside enjoying a variety of recorded music. The service is FRIENDLY and OUTSTANDING! We felt like we were in a Memphis BBQ joint. Highly recommend!

I travel from the lower valley to eat this BBQ. It's so good, I can't even put it into words. This last visit they had just opened up the indoor seating because it's 50°f outside so it was perfect. Service is great, food is great, portion size is great worth the value. I have no complaints.

*4/6 went again today ribs and brisket are just amazing along with the beans. Service was amazing as usual. Might have a BBQ problem when the staff has to ask if you want your usual or changing it up today.

Very humble and generous owner. Hosted our varsity softball team after hours to a post game meal. Food was generous and amazing. Highly recommend!

Our First time and will surely return. Food was delicious. Brisket was absolutely moist and flavorful. The cheese macaroni was awesome. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this bbq spot.

My family and I love coming here! Jesus and his staff are great, always friendly and hospitable. The food is top-notch. The brisket is always moist and flavorful—and you have to try their new smoked apple pie a la mode!! Thank you, Rollin’ Smoke, for another great experience and excellent food. We will be back soon!

Had a fantastic experience during 2023 Veteran's Day lunch... Server (Sabrina) was AMAZING, very attentive, respectful, and when she found out I was in the military, she was even more courteous and attentive.

Lovely spot welcoming you into Texas! Great barbecue-especially enjoyed the caramelised baby back ribs and sweet, juicy fatty brisket. Excellent service and huge portions.

Rollin Smoke provided BBQ pulled pork sandwiches for one of the Centennial High School Football events and it was FANTASTIC!! Jesus and his kids helped serve at our event and they were so friendly and professional!! We highly recommend them whether it be visiting for good food or having them cater!!

My wife and I have been going to this place since last year and every time we’ve come, we’ve had our expectations exceeded and then some. Everything from the ribs, sausage, pulled pork, the chicken, brisket to the sides they’re all phenomenal. 10/10 highly recommend and we tell all of our friends to come here. Best BBQ in west Texas !

After hearing about how good this BBQ spot is I had to make the drive down here and hands down this is the best smoked ribs and chicken I’ve had! They have many great sides too that’ll have you ordering more! A great seating arrangement indoor or outdoor to enjoy the small town scenery. Come down to Rollin Smoke and get you some BBQ!!

We ordered our food to go when these guys were situated in their food truck on the west side and they have since opened up a stand-alone restaurant in Anthony. Let me tell you, you have to try their dino ribs! Hands down the best in town. Their Mac n cheese has a nice smokey flavor to it. The service is always great. Highly recommend you give them a try!

Update to my last review: this place is still great! Went to their restaurant in Anthony NM and had a great experience! The food was still great if not better, the vibe was chill and I could feel the love from their community. They support this business and for good reason! You can roll up in your car and they'll bring you your food to you or you can dine inside or outside. They serve beer and had heaters outside which made our experience very comfortable. They did change the recipe for their Mac N Cheese but for the better. The pork ribs and brisket were moist and flavorful! I do recommend getting the three meat because for $3 you get more meat but it won't look like it, thought we would have leftovers with the 3 meat but no! The service from Chris was great and friendly. Make the drive and give it a go!

Great place to get the best BBQ. Staff always makes sure you are satisfied with the food and service. Denise was very pleasant and professional. Smiles and good conversation go a long way.

I want to thank you so much for the amazing service and delicious food. I took my mom for the first time and she loved it. We order the 3 meat platter and it was well served. Now both of us are picky with our food but her favorite was the cranberry pineapple slaw, mine the fall out of the bone ribs and Mac-and cheese. I do have one minor suggestion if it’s possible would like to see in the menu regular unsweetened tea. We don’t drink soda so we ordered a sweet tea (overload on sugar) and 2 water. We had to mix them to reduce the sweetness. We are planning to come again soon but this time with my siblings and their families.

I had a great experience here. Excellent service. Fantastic BBQ which is kinda the whole point. I tried the Dino Ribs, the brisket, and the smoked sausage. All of which were outstanding. I would have preferred the fatty brisket to the lean, but that's on me for not requesting it and it was delicious nonetheless. Also, the beans were nearly the star of the show. Easily the best baked beans I have ever had. And the smoked apple pie? Come on..crazy good. Subtle smoke but different from any apple pie I've had before. Was told this place was the best barbecue in the area. I can't speak to that (haven't tried them all just yet) but it was definitely great. Food was amazing! Server was excellent! Building was cozy and had a barbecue atmosphere. Parking was a little tight so get there early but that's all I could complain about.

The first time I saw Mr. Jesús Carrasco the owner Of Rolling Smoke BBQ, was at a party event hosted by a supplier at the supply store. He had his own customized smoker hitched to his truck, tables set and started getting hungry contractors fed. His product is the best I've tasted. No other BBQ place in the El Paso area can compare to the delicious finger linking good baby back ribs he prepares. One month after that day, I found his establishment located in Anthony NM. Head over with family to show off the previous experience I had. They were wowed. Why did it take us so long to hear of Rolling Smoke BBQ. Now that we know where the best BBQ is, I highly recommend Rolling Smoke BBQ. From Baby back ribs, pulled pork, brisket, chicken, sausage and more options from his menu. Check it out and I'm 100 percent you'll won't be disappointed.
