The go to place for gluten free baked goods in Fruita. Even if you’re not gluten free you should give her sticky buns a try! Assorted cinnamon rolls, pies, bread and scones are available as well. Take it to go or sit on the covered patio and enjoy while you’re waiting for your laundry next door.

What a wonderful place. The place is being ran by new people that are just amazing. The variety has grown so much. I definitely would recommend checking it out especially if you haven't been there for a minute! They also have a royalty program called brownie points which is just to awesome! Weather your gluten free or not definitely worth a try. I also love the prices! They have gone down and in today's world that is a win for me!

These cinnamon rolls are insane. UNBELIEVABLY good. I showed up just as she was bringing them up from the back. The tin was still warm. I can't say enough how good these are!! Nice work

I have loved everything I've tried...yummy strawberry pecan bread; the chocolate chip cream pie was divine; but my favorite are the Oatmeal cream pies. SO YUMMY!!

Left Moab and was heading east to Colorado. Google searched gluten free and Hailie's Oven appeared. Stopped by and had friendly greeting and tried their fan favorite cinnamon rolls and their large everything monster cookie. Note the cinnamon rolls go quick in the morning, but for good reason. The roll was just like how I remember a cinnamon roll should taste homemade from scratch dough that melts topped with the sweetest frosting. I can't believe it is gluten-free. Well done!

You guys, stop in here if you love baked goods period. I have found savory bread, monster cookies, cinnamon rolls and pies that are my favorite and you wouldn't even know they were gluten free. I can tolerate flour just fine, but would still eat here on a weekly basis if I didn't eat so much every time I came in. You would be so surprised at how reasonable all the prices are if these were standard baked goods let alone baked goods made with less refined ingredients. I also am so grateful for all they do for the community!!! Too many good things to say about these guys.

The woman working was SO kind and the baked goods are delicious! I found out I had celiac a week before my birthday and was so excited to learn this place existed. After chatting with them, they even gave me a free monster cookie because of the unlucky timing with getting diagnosed before my birthday. I will definitely be back! ❤

Absolutely love this bakery! Have tried multiple products and never been disappointed. Had to go gluten free because of some recently found health issues. I was so very excited to find some GF treats and goodies that taste amazing.

Stopped by today and picked up warm sticky buns (right out of the oven) and strawberry bread. Both had amazing flavor, texture and were incredibly moist (unlike most GF baked goods)! Best GF treat I’ve ever had, even the family could not tell! Thank you Stephanie for spending extra time with me this morning. Can’t wait to try the brownies!

Hailie and staff and family were absolutely delightful! We held a fund raising yard sale in their parking lot and enjoyed some of their goodies and also had BBQ lunch. Would recommend to everyone! They also had gluten free stuff. Smelled divine in the shop 😋

Delightful gluten free bakery in Fruita! I was so surprised when I saw their stand at the farmers market. Had to stop in at the store for some cinnamon rolls and they did not disappoint! 10/10 will return

Being new to GF and having a serious sweet tooth I stopped in to Hailie's Oven to give it a try (I was not having very good luck with tasty off the shelf GF products). Not only are Stephanie and her crew AMAZING and very knowledgeable about making DELICIOUS GF products, but Stephanie has been a TREMENDOUS help in learning everything I need to know about my new GF diet! Even my non gluten free staff has enjoyed her treats! Amazing variety that changes often.

Outstanding bakery and customer service. We called multiple bakeries on the West slope of Colorado for my dauther's 10th birthday cake. Hallies baked us a cake the day of our call exactly as we ordered. However, we had no idea that Hallies was a gluten free bakery! End result - the cake was the BEST EVER. We had the cake & party camping with a large group the night bofore a raft trip from Fruita to Westwater, UT - everyone loved the cake so much that we cut it up and packed it in the cooler and served it for the next two days while on the river. Thanks for the great, fast custom order and for a wonderful cake. Perfect!

The Only Dedicated Gluten Free Bakery around. OMG!! The sticky buns, cheesecake, cookies, breads, are truly delicious! Special orders, yeah, they do that too.
Oh, and the fruit crepes?! YUM

It was so good to be able to find a yummy gluten-free treat while out of town. Very nice prices too!

With everything being gluten free it's hard to choose, but their cinnamon rolls are the best.

Everything I’ve had here is delicious. Oatmeal pie cookies are amazing.
