We ordered 4 new phones and went in to get them. Ethan explained he made a mistake with some information he had given us when we made the order. He then did everything he could to make things right. We were very satisfied with our service. He was working alone and toke care several other customers while we were there. We were impressed with his professionalism.

Employees of this store are great and always helpful. Bought the last 2 phones I’ve had here and they’re easier to deal with than Apple itself.

Working with Travis today was great! He fixed the problem, didn’t make any unnecessary changes, sold me only what I wanted and got me on my merry way! Travis will be the only one I work with from now on! Such a relief to know that there still is great customer service out there!

There was one elder lady in line in front of me at the Verizon store. I watched the care and patience Ethan had with this older lady. Beautiful. I knew I was in good hands. Ethan Was professional yet friendly. He explained things well concerning the phone and the billing. I could not have asked for better service.

I knew what phone I was looking for and Adam was an awesome help! He is an honest person who knows what he is talking about whether it's phones, services or anything that I could think to ask. Will definitely be going back to him if I have any more questions or issues.

It was just like the pathway had already been cleared. I walked right in, the only customer in the store, and walked out with exactly what I had hoped for, but was doubtful of actually getting. I'm receiving messages from Verizon that my old phone has not been received by them yet- and hopefully I will get the trade-in value I was promised... but I'm still waiting for the credit to appear on my bill.

Donna Johnson was such a pleasant girl to work with. Very knowledgeable and she shared information on how to operate the phone. She worked diligently. She was great.
