Megan Gates truly was amazing in helping me to sell my property. I was afraid to use a Realator at first due to a past experience with someone in another state and voiced this to Megan. Megan put no pressure on me in making my decision rather added different options and how they might benefit me. I totally made the right choice to have Megan list for me. Megan happens to attend the same church that I do, and was recommended by several other of my church friends, so I felt confident with my decision from the start. Not only would Megan inform me of what to expect each step of the way, she kept an eye out on progress, and made sure I knew who to contact even if I had questions when she was out of town for a brief time that she knew she may not be able to respond promptly for a personal family matter. When the appraisal came back lower than the surrounding comps, Megan went to bat for me to show that the property was indeed of more value and why with surrounding comps, and it worked in my favor. Because my unit was a mobile home, the park management required approval for any potential residents to live in the space I was selling. This created delays when applicants were not approved yet Megan was able to put things into perspective and make any calls to the office for updates and clarification. This took a huge amount of weight off my shoulders and reduced feelings of frustration that naturally can come with real estate transactions. Wound I recommend Megan to my acquaintances? I would absolutely recommend her with a definite YES. And 5 stars, with 5 being the highest on the scale as well.
