We celebrated our sons 12th birthday and it was amazing! Friendly staff, clean adorable yurt and the soak pools were perfection. Thanks for exceeding our expectations.

I got to experience the best night ever! My mother and I went to the hot pools which was so peaceful. Then we went and ate at the restaurant, and we had the best service the man that was cooking tonight seriously made my night he was so kind and the food was so delicious I wish I would’ve gotten his name but he did great! 11/15/23

Best hot springs around. They are rarely packed. Totally worth the extra drive time... Super kind and friendly staff and the restaurant is very very good. Teepees in the summer are a must. We love it there.

We had so much fun with our family! We all rented little cabins and stayed over the weekend. The kids had a blast and even my little 3 year old rode the huge hill slides about a hundred times! Lol! Our cabin was well stocked and fit us great! We always have a good time coming here and battling on the volleyball courts! I also absolutely love that they let you bring snacks into the pool because a bunch of us in our group eat very specific. The kids and husband still went to the restaurant and got lots of yummy food and shakes but I love that we have the option! We will be back!

Hadn't been in a LONG time. It was nice. The food was OK, and the hot pool was just right.

Had a good time! Pulled a tent trailer up there for two nights. Their main attraction is the pools, which were clean and warm. The little kids loved the little kiddy slide. The 5, 7, and 9 year olds loved the bigger slides! The RV spots were clean and maintained. A little close to each other, but not to bad.

An historic hot springs destination that has been updated, ans still keeps its rustic country charm. Musical acts in the amphitheater, clear clean water in all the pools.
Temperatures are 10-15° cooler than in the valley.

The service of the staff was fantastic. Very accommodating, helpful and attentive. We stayed at the rv park and swam in the pools, played on the slides and ate at the Cafe. A great vacation for the three generations of us, ages 2-60. What fun.

Great soaking pools. Clean clear water. Many jets and seating all around. Great facilities. There is a restaurant upstairs that always seems to be attended. I would like to stay at the RV park sometime it sounds like a good time. They also have cabins, houses, yurts, and a schooner you could rent to stay in. Always have had great service from the staff here. Highly recommend.

We were in the area and actually started at Lava Hot Springs but it was so overpacked you could not get into any of the pools so we came down here and had a great time. The big soaking pool is nice and hot/warm. And then they have a second pool which felt 10 to 12° warmer. Very relaxing and not overcrowded yet there was still a few people enjoying the water. The dressing rooms were nice and clean and spacious and the floors were actually heated so your feet did not freeze when you were wet and getting changed. Even though it's winter the campground looked great and we are really curious to look at the covered wagon rooms they have for rent. Definitely coming back in spring/summer.

Came here after Lava was booked crazy.. love the pools. Very clean and warm. I got the feel of heated pools here instead of hot springs like crystal hotsprings or lava hot springs. But it is still an amazing place, especially giving off a family-friendly place. The food, however, was something not so good. We got home and felt sick. wife's bowl was something from Costco, and the veggie roll she ended up not eating. I got the chicken tenders and fries. Fries were amazing, but chicken is not that good. The same thing tasted from a box on costco Isle.

This is a pretty well thought out campground/hot springs/water slides place. They have really grown in the last 10 or so years and it's all really nice. I think the restaurant was really great, the prices seemed fair, and the overal feeling was a fun, safe, kid friendly place to spend some time or bring the camper and spend the weekend hanging out. They continue to add value to the campground by putting new/updated amenities and it's really nice

We had a great time and enjoyed the value of their Baby It's Cold Outside special. I could smell the freshly baked cinnamon rolls from the parking lot! The delicious soup was homemade chicken noodle. The servers were friendly and made us feel welcome, as always. Of course we spent plenty of time soaking and relaxing. I just love this place.

We didnt get a room, We went for the "Steak and Soak" and it was fantastic. A ribeye steak, baked potato and the best vegetable stew I've ever had. The place is clean and well organized with a very helpful and friendly staff. The formal dining room is setup and decorated for couples to come in and have a fun, relaxing, intimate dinner. The hot pools are clean, new, well maintained places to just relax and soak in the hot springs water. 2 different pools are provided so you can choose hot or warm. The locker rooms are excellent. Clean organized and plenty of room.
We will definitely bring our kids and grandkids out and enjoy the summer activities. They have cabins to rent, yurts, travel trailer spots, tent spaces and even provide a cowboy sleep under the stars experience.

Brian and his wife Trish were so helpful over the top helpful. The rest of the staff was ok, nothing special. However the camp hosts make up for everyone else we encountered. Stayed 1 night had dinner and soaked. The restaurant was decorated so cute for Halloween. Grounds were clean and hot springs well maintained. Dog friendly. Helpful hint if you like wine with dinner you can bring your own with you to be coarked must make dinner reservations by 2pm :) would come back.

We've been twice now and we got the soaking pool to ourselves both times. It's a reasonable price compared to other hot springs. The campground was also reasonable and very nice. We had fun looking at the stars since they're so bright there!

Pictures don't do justice. This is a great place to stay and have a family reunion or event. Fore pits, grills, wild animals out and about makes for a good outdoor experience. Deer, turkey ect. We had a good time. And they have good variety of housing options.

My wife and I recently visited Downata for the first time. We specifically did the "steak and soak" which involved a ribeye dinner and a soak in the hot pools.

For starters, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the experience, from making reservations earlier in the day, to the great service received during dinner.

The food was surprisingly good. From the bread, to the different butters, salad, perfectly-cooked steak, baked potato, chicken alfredo, and cheesecake; it was all fantastic and exceeded expectations.

The changing rooms were clean and well kept, and provided all the amenities needed. The soaking pools were warm but not uncomfortably so. We hadn't planned on staying in the pools for long, but we ended up spending the better part of 2 hours in them. There's no better way to enjoy hot pools than on a cold rainy/snowy night.

Overall a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be making it at least an annual date night. Highly recommended!
