Granite Pharmacy Frenchtown

The staff and pharmacists here are awesome! Staff really cares about the people who come here and always seem to go the extra mile to help and make sure you're well taken care of. Plus, they have a pretty cool selection of gift shop items for kids and adults!

Grew up here, but live out of state. Came home to visit family and had a little accident on a quad. Called doctor back home who called in some prescriptions to Granite for me. They were so kind and courteous and even offered to deliver the meds to me if I couldn’t drive down there to get them. Now that’s service!

These folks treat you like family!
It’s so nice that I don’t have to drive all the way to Msla just to pick up one prescription.

I love this pharmacy they are very helpful . They also help with insurance issue and keeping my costs down when they can. I can call and ask the pharmacists questions about my medications and side effects and I always get an honest educated answer.

They have been great for me and family, and since opening in Missoula they're conveniently located near Community Hospital. Drive thru, fast, friendly staff, and eager to help.

Terrible place, terrible service. Don't ever have meds in stock including insulin!!! A diabetic can't wait a week for you to carry the meds your supposed to provide!

I have been there 3 times and all three time I had to leave and come back the next day. They billed the wrong insurance even though I told them I had a new one and not to use the old one. Then they wouldn't even call the insurance company for me. So i had to call and fix their mistake. Seems their only real talent is wasting people's time.

Every time I went there on a time sensitive prescription I ended up having to go to Missoula to get it filled. Called in a refill and they said it would be ready by 10 the next morning. Then I show up at 1PM only to find out they don't have it in stock.

I had to take my business elsewhere just to have confidence that my scripts would be filled on time.

I recommend CVS. They have a few locations in Missoula and every time they haven't had something they at least called me to let me know. It isn't the best but it is better then wasting a trip like I did multiple times at Granite.
