My daughter lost my phone in Chinatown area on Wednesday afternoon.
My Thursday noon, we were able to track the phone in downtown area and thought someone picked up ... all hope lost.
I was just thinking of erasing all data and then got a call from Boston BID.
Their Ambassadors found the phone and deposited in their office in downtown
Went to their office and collected it ... breeze

The ambassador Roy Williams was the nicest person we met on our whole stay in Boston! He not only helped us find our way around but talked to me like we were family. He gave us gave us traveling tips that really made our whole stay better. He mentioned many times how much he loves his job and it clearly shows! Thank you Roy again!

Talked to Yolanda C12 at a kiosk and she provided everything to help us walk around the area. She was very pleasant and made us laugh and we enjoyed our little chit chat. Thank you.

Jackie was great to talk to me about independence building and other important sites for me to explore. Provided me with maps. I walked to Boston Commons and enjoyed the swan boat . Walked back to Quincy market and too Aquarium museum..it is as great just to explore .She was instrumental to get my plan and tour the city. Thanks very much!

After a disturbingly bad experience on the Blue Line T, I arrived in the Downtown Crossing area of Boston. A wonderful lady presented herself to me and offered assistance in any information I may need regarding the Boston area. Her name was Rhonita (B1S) and she truly made my day a better and more pleasant experience. Not only was her guidance helpful, but it also allowed me to realize there are some truly considerate and caring people in the Boston area. Thank you for all that you do!
