Friendship House Family Restaurant

The service was nice, I had the chicken soup and some special Waffle and it was as good as back home, in Europe. I really liked it. My friends also liked their food. Prices are good. Its easy accessible and they have lots of parking spaces.

Friendly staff and good food at a reasonable price. My only issue was the waitstaff will lean on the walls or tables when taking orders which is a little unprofessional in my opinion but I understand they are on their feet a ton and may just need a minute.

The Friendship House Family Restaurant located in Eagle River, Wisconsin is an overall really good restaurant. We were driving through this area and we decided to try this restaurant. We are glad that we did. We tried an appetizer of cheese sticks (they were good) we also ordered a chocolate milkshake and for our main course we ordered a Southern Cheeseburger and a Route 66 Cheeseburger combo plates with French fries. Everything was very good. The location is very convenient, they have ample parking, the bathrooms were clean. We will stop here again, we recommend this restaurant.

One of our best breakfasts we have had on our camping trips. Would return in a Heartbeat. A real gem.

Went about 8am, was seated for 5 right away. The menu was large, lots of choices. The server was extremely friendly and accomodating. The food came out faster than I could finish my first cup of coffee! And it was delicious. The kid pancakes were huge and they loved them. Great place for breakfast if you're near Eagle River.

Went to breakfast there this morning for the first time. It was AMAZING! Service was excellent and food came fast. Eggs were super fresh, hash browns cooked perfectly, and the BEST pancakes and the homemade wheatberry bread was to die for! Plus, they had my favorite hot sauce on the table rather than icky tabasco. We live about two hours away and will be looking for reasons to visit the area again, just to have another meal like this one. Hats off to the owners and staff. This quality of service and food is a rarity these days.

Tammy, Kyle, and Jackie are always friendly with fast service...They check to make sure everything was good after I have eaten some of my breakfast...House omelet, large order of biscuits, and gravy, or the raspberry fritters are my usual...If you hungry this is a place in eagle river you should try yourself.

My family and I love the Friendship House. Both the Rhinelander and Eagle River locations. We enjoy breakfast and dinner there. We have never had a bad experience, ever.

Stopped in during Cranberry Fest. The placewas a buzz with so many people!! So busy! We were seated .. order taken quickly.. our food arrived so quickly! Everything was on point. We were so pleased and the young man who waited on us was simply superb. We left him a very nice tip. Overall clean restaurant with a good atmosphere. We will stop again in our travels. ♡

some of the best damn food I've had in this !town got it the quickest! service was the best .my waitress was Priscilla, I got to tell you even though she was busy she was always there asking if I needed anything else.

Large portion as you can tell from the pics. The skillet Mexican styled food (forget the name -.-) is so good!

Love friendship house. If they're short staffed the kitchen guys jump in and start helping the front. Great comfort food, broasted chicken, french fries were perfection- crispy, hot, and browned. I even ate my steamed veggie blend which was perfect

Their breakfast is amazing. I ordered biscuits and gravy and well done corned beef hash. Very pleasant atmosphere and staff. I would definately come back and try their other dishes.

After reading a very negative review for a different Eagle River restaurant about their treatment of potential Asian customers who then went to the Friendship House and had a very positive experience, we decided to try it. We enjoyed it so much we returned the following week! The food was delicious and every employee from the lady who greeted us to the wait staff could not have been more pleasant and efficient. We just visit Eagle River in the summer, otherwise we would be eating at the Friendship House on a regular basis throughout the year.

Service was prompt and the food was excellent. The menu had many tempting options, and much variety. Also, as soon as we sat down they gave us tumblers of ice water, which tasted great and were especially welcome since we were just returning from biking on the Three Eagle Trail.

Yummy breakfasts, excellent short order cook. Fast and friendly.

Excellent friendly service and excellent quality food. Every time we come visit Eagle River we have to stop at Friendship House for breakfast. It is part of the whole Eagle River experience. I would highly recommend the house omelette.
