I have moved about 10 times and these guys are BY FAR the absolute best. Their prices are also totally fair, and above all of this, THEY CAME THE SAME DAY I CALLED THEM. Simply amazing. Book these folks immediately. You will not regret it.

Drivers - if you’re going in here on a 8a to 8p window, get there closer to 9:30-10am. Be patient, they are working with the equipment corporate gives them and doing the best they can. Don’t go in there expecting to get unloaded as fast as you got loaded.

Great as long as you are paying them on time, but it took me 3 attempts to have them pick it up. Didn't arrive for pick up, didn't call. Rescheduled, didn't tell us. Otherwise great storage container.

I wish I read the reviews. My story is when the container was dropped off it was placed where the driver had to drive partially in the grass. At first I was not going to accept delivery, but was told it was no problem. Now that I have scheduled pickup it cannot be completed. 3x now pickup has failed because the truck sank into my yard leaving huge divots! I keep having to reschedule pickup and still getting charged storage due to non pickup! I'm at the point I will have to get a U-Haul and empty the thing out myself. Never again will use PackRat. I will update if this problem is resolved in a timely manner.
Update: I changed to 3 stars because PackRat has excellent Customer Service. Though I had to empty out the container myself and the local Manager would never call me; corporate CS is very good.

Will edit review once I receive my pod. I did a cross country move. I was simply told they will drop off my pod on X day from my moving locating and deliver it today Saturday at the final location. Well today was the day they were suppose to deliver my pod. I had called this morning on a update on a ETA. I was given between 12:30pm and 4:30pm. Once 5pm rolled around I figured I would give them a call on a second update. The lady on the phone said there is no more ETA and just said it would be delivered today. Nothing else she could do. I called about 15minute later thinking they can certainly call the place my pod is coming from and give me a real time update. Turns out, they weren't going to call me and let me know that now they rescheduled my drop off to be on Monday! I had purchased a Uhaul today to start unloading my things today and tomorrow and bring them to my new place. I only have it for 24 hours which is now not going to be when my pod arrives... I had asked several times in advance if they will drop off, pick up on the dates they PROMISE me. Turns out they cant keep a promise or give a update if they are going to reschedule you. It's one thing to call me and let me know if you're going to be late or need to reschedule. It's a complete different story for me having to call in to find out I've been rescheduled with no intentions of being told this. Thank you for making me spend more money than I needed to and have to reschedule another Uhaul to spend more money again.... Very professional.

Forgot to edit this. They reached out to me via google review asking for information. I tried looking up how to reply to it. but it seems you cannot unless youre a business owner? So that was pretty annoying trying to figure out. I ended up having to call the place and give my details. They refunded me 100 bucks for the uhaul I had rented for the days it was suppose to be delivered. They apologized again and with a new one saying the trucks were down or something. Still.... YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THE DAY OF! Not me having to dig around trying to figure out why my cross country pod isnt showing up on the promised delivered time that I asked several times that would be met. Customer support was pretty good though. Not too happy with the driver who was suppose to deliver though, and whoever should have reached out to me since the driver didnt. original stars were 2/5.

I moved from 1 state to another. I am a planner and wanted to make sure I book everything in advance so that everything goes smooth during our move. I even followed up a week before and literally a day before my container gets delivered and customer service said everything is as scheduled. Come delivery day, on my new apartment, no one showed up. I called 3 times that morning and no one got back to me that day. This was a Friday and they don't work on weekends so I was screwed. Forgot to mentioned I got 2 toddlers with me so we had to scramble and buy things just for us to get through for a few days. I followed up again that following Monday and they said my container was still on the originating state and that their carrier backed out last minute so they had to find another one. My container was delivered a week after the original scheduled date. They refunded me $500 and that is why I am giving a 2 star instead of 1 star review. Either way the damage was done, the stress was there and experiencing the inconvenience I wanted to avoid in the first place. Hopefully I was an isolated case but I would consider other moving companies and pay that few hundred dollars more for the convenience and assurance.
