310 Park South

We were four for brunch! We sat at a table on the walk. Our server was friendly and helpful. Food was attractive, generous and each of us liked what we ordered. My California was cooked perfectly, photo below. I was very pleased at the food and relaxed atmosphere. All breakfasts are around $14 and good portions.

I just walking on park ave in winter park and randomly just walked by this place! I am shocked for a Saturday for lunch time at 12pm it wasn’t crowded but that’s good for me no wait!
Dan my server was awesome! Always filled my drinks without me asking and always asked if I needed anything! I did the magical dining menu and got the 310 garden salad, crispy duck and the Oreo trifle! All was delicious! I definitely recommend if you are in the downtown winter park area!!

We went to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. There were 6 of us and the dog and they were very kind to put tables together on the outside front patio to accommodate us. It was a really hot day but there were overhead fans which really helped to keep us cool and plenty of iced water! Everyone had positive things to say about the meal. I ate all my Rib eye steak, although I must admit the sweet potato tots were the most memorable!! I bought a cake with me and they were so sweet and came out with the cake, assisted in taking photos of us and the couple. They then took the cake back and actually sliced it and presented it on serving plates. Our waitress was awesome. She was attentive, always smiling and if she was not sure if something she went the extra mile to find the answer. Despite Yoda the dog barking at her intermittently. She still gave excellent customer service and he got a nice bowl of iced water too!! All in all it was a lovely evening. There were a few options on the menu that were not available, but it did not mar the experience. It's a great place for both casual dining and formal too. Great if you want to just enjoy the buzz of Park avenue in Winter park as it's it the heart of the street. Great nearby parking and outside parking. Prices are moderate but in today's economy it is expected.

Stopped in for dinner tonight around 7 pm. We were a little hesitant as not many diners were there. The menus were well worn pieces of paper. So, not feeling comfortable with our choice of restaurants. We turned out to be completely surprised.
First, the wine selection is very good. Looked up the retail cost of some of their wines and found not a big mark-up. I had the Park Lane Pinot Noir. It tasted as if the bottle was freshly opened.
The food was delicious. At our table we had the potato crusted salmon, smoked salmon pasta and the ultimate grilled cheese. All were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive.
This place is a real gem and shouldn't be overlooked. Will be back.

So happy we stopped here for a late lunch. We sat just outside on the sidewalk and enjoyed a nice breeze. Service wasn’t fast but also not extremely slow. I loved that our water had a cucumber slice in it! Will definitely return!

The waitress was very nice with us, I forgot her name, but she was very welcoming.

The background music was calmed and nice, everything was clean and we felt comfortable since we were greet at the entrance.

Stopped by on a drizzling Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. Was seated immediately. Had service immediately. Server was very helpful and friendly. Said we were having a time crunch and serve said they'd take care of us. Food came right out and was super double spectacular. I had an APPETIZER of flatbread and it approached the size of a manhole cover. It was like a Flintstone-era serving that could have entertained half a dozen folks. My Beloved had a very enjoyable chicken & avocado sammich that she inhaled. (She's picky. If she chows down, you can be assured the grub is good!)

Great experience at great eatery. Totally enjoyed 310 Park South and hope to revisit when we're not rocketing from one adventure to the next.

The food. If you need any persuasion to come here, it is the food. Alyona was awesome! I ordered the Smoked Salmon Fettuccine, my friend ordered the duck and let me tell you. It was phenomenal. To the point where I looked up the recipe and could not find anything with the same sauce consistency. We also had sangria and an old fashioned and those were quite good as well. It was a rainy day so they were happy to move us where we couldn’t get wet. Overall great experience 👍

Stopped by in the afternoon and the staff was super nice and helpful immediately. I was super underdressed at the time, but there was no judgement at all. Everyone there was helpful and the bartender was extremely nice. The food was amazing and I ordered around shift change and the burger was still top tier! Definitely gonna go again.

My sister Patty and her husband Johnny, my wife, Pat and I, We didn't feel like driving like driving down drive. We took Amtrak down. It was just a little get a way, lunch, shopping, and having fun. We came back that night. The restaurant atmosphere was great, the service was great and the food was great.

Please note that the restaurant down the street across from the church refused to seat us. We came back up to your restaurant.
I'm not going to call that restaurant out.

Nice & cozy spot in Winter Park Ave eatery. Service was spot on & attentive from beginning to end, "Thanks!". The Fresh Tomatoes Bruchetta was probably the best I've ever had. The Angus Burger as well 👏👏👏

During our visit to 310 Park South in Winter Park, the weather was perfect, so we sat outside and enjoyed the following meals.
Fried calamari. Domestic Maryland squid, lemon chive aioli, marinara.
Caesar salad with chicken. Crisp hearts of Romaine prepared with house-made Caesar dressing, freshly grated Grana Padano cheese, croutons.
Fettuccine carbonara. bacon, caramelized shallots, Parmesan cream sauce with shrimps and the Potato mushroom soup. All was great including service.

This was my 1st time here. I really liked the restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice, the service was excellent, and the food was 5 star.

Quite a delicious meal we had. I got the crispy duck with garlic green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. The duck was perfectly cooked and superbly flavorful. My fiance got the jerk Mahi Mahi with the garlic green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. He thoroughly enjoyed his fish as well. Not to mention the great people watching on Park Ave.. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Great place in a great area. There's not a lot of parking around on the surface, but a lot of people pass right by the parking sign pointing toward the garage!

The prices track with the surrounding area, and this place is great. Forgive the half eaten picture, I was a little too excited and forgot to snap a pic before I mixed everything together LOL. Nice atmosphere inside and the staff are super nice and helpful. The drinks are pretty good too!

We had the most wonderful evening here tonight. It was my husband's 50th birthday and the food was great, and moreover the service was tremendous. Special thanks to Jacob who was ON IT all night long with a crazy bunch of people! Thanks for making my hubby's night a special event. We will be back.

I tried their Moroccan chicken for the first time last week. Was super-delicious! The spices, sauces, citrus, and char-grill flavors were really intense and savory. Very happy with my choice :-)

Don't be afraid to wash this down with a signature 310 cocktail or tasty Old Fashioned like I did!

I must say the Service from Brook was phenomenal. I have never been to a place and felt so great about eating there until I came here. The service, the food, and the drinks were excellent. I couldn’t of had a better experience all thanks to Brook! Keep on the great work!

Love it!! The vibe/atmosphere was amazing!!. Had a great time with my friends there. The server was awesome and funny!
