I had a very good experience with the supermarket 9 car lot, I told them what I could do and they worked within my budget. I found a nice used car for a place that I could live with.

Came in to trade in my truck, and was able to get the to pay my truck off and get me into a truck I wanted. Also got my notes to be lower than my previous truck. Thank you you Brandon and jayden

On the second day working with their salesman i was offered a price on a vehicle in writing. I was asked and signed a paper regarding such quote.I am a handicapped person. I have a set $ amount, that I shared with them. Being disabled has its frustrations. Dishonesty should not be an issue. When it came time to apply the $500 coupon a manager came forward with a poor attitude and not only refused my $500 coupon he raised the price another $500 and said that a lady gave the/my salesman a WRONG number... I explained that that was not acceptable and that I would like to speak with His manager. He repeatedly refused and continued to claim to be the Manager... I am upset and aggrevated with how I was treated. The $500 coupon is how they got me to drive all the way to 9000s 200west larry miller in the first place. I even asked several times and was assured the coupon would apply... Trying to take advantage of people is NOT O.K.!!! Please share this with anyone you know in the market for a vehicle!! I hope no one else is strung along only to be misinformed and intentionally lied to.
