Collier County Tax Collector - (Marco Island Branch)

Have been using this office since 1997. Everyone’s always so pleasant, patient and helpful. I have noticed that staff maintains a positive attitude even when some angry old person gets rude because their paperwork isn’t what it should be. Not the staff’s fault. I appreciate their great customer service.

I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped me but I just moved down here on my own and this was my first solo trip to a DMV. She was so incredibly helpful and was very insightful. It’s definitely a hidden gem!!! All the staff were very friendly and efficient.

They’ve gone the extra mile to help me. Especially when everything could go wrong did. AND I was moving from one state to another. They helped me get the things I needed and even stayed after closing time. Thanks to all the ladies up there especially to the lady with the glasses that is taller. She seems to know the in’s and out’s of a state agency which impressive bc anything the State of Florida sucks and is difficult.

I even had two other experiences at other Collier County agencies and they were rude and unpleasant. I get we all have bad days, but this felt like the norm.

I wish I would have caught her name but the lady who helped renew my registration and drivers license was so helpful and kind. Not easy to do this job and make it such a pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

Dale at the Marco Island Tax Collector is absolutely wonderful! I completely forgot an important paper at their office and she went out of her way to get it back to me. She will go above and beyond for you. Thank you for making my day, Dale!

This "DMV" or whatever they call themselves is an absolute joke. The employees are rude and inconsiderate, especially that woman named Dale. If you have the unfortunate experience of having to deal with her... DON'T! RUN! Dale is a piece of work. Wait to see someone else or better yet go to another DMV. Dale will do anything but her job. I will warn you she gets aggressive, so watch out for any insults coming your way. Went to the Naples DMV and they took care of me using the SAME paperwork!!! The Naples location is much more friendly and willing to help. Their staff are great.

This location has very rude and raicist people (to be fair only 2 of them were) we were there this morning and got treated with very poorly customer service. We decided to leave and do our paper work at the Naples Location located at Airport Road there we got treated completely different they did not question us on anything we were out of there in 15 mins. The Marco office kept insinuating we brought fake documents which of course was false as we were able to get my husbands license.
