The Strand at Carillon Miami

The view is quite nice and the restaurant is cozy and comfortable. The staff were wonderful.

I ordered the smoked salmon benedict and it was cooked well. The knife sliced through it very neatly and it was yummy!

The whole wheat pancakes were okay.

Wonderful night. The dinner was amazing. The staff was polite and helpful. Christopher the executive chef very friendly stopped by every table

Call me crazy, but I will write a review about a sandwich at this restaurant:
Not a big fan of sandwiches! My wife chose this turkey bad boy. The sandwich was a wonderful experience! It has amazing juxtaposition between the turkey and the cheese and then the sautéed onions that they have on there. They also use a very wonderful daily aioli sauce . She requested hers to be warmed and it was great. I had to eat half of hers🤷🏻‍♂🤣.

As soon as you enter the restaurant ur met with a beautiful ambience and a very welcoming staff Neo was quick to sit me down and provide amazing knowledge to the restaurant as well as my server James built amazing conversation and provided very hospitable service providing to all my needs overall the strand made my experience at the carillon 10X better couldn’t ask for better food or service to my night

The service is always very friendly here. The food is great, all fresh ingredients with healthy choices - if you want to make them - and some hearty ones as well. The turkey sandwich is always good. The pizzas can vary a little depending on what you get. The Margherita pictured here is very good. Overall, great place to dine with lovely ocean views!

Update: Tried the burger, it was decent. The pizza was better than I remembered it. The service was still friendly but very slow - I am considering the fact that they were dealing with a very large outdoor party with lunch staff, otherwise, it would've been slow enough to drop to 4 stars.

Update: Breakfast was excellent, and service was on point.

Update 2: Went for lunch - the service was a bit slow, but friendly nonetheless. The skirt steak was amazing, chicken sandwich was good.

Update 3: Good as always, the service was faster and friendly as usual. I had to get the skirt steak again and it was just as good as last time.

I didn’t know how to review this restaurant, but I’ll be fair because I did had an amazing experience .
First of all in the morning this place is a regular hotel breakfast restaurant with ok food nothing special,
but at dinner, probably a different chef, it becomes to a great restaurant with a testing menu and wow factor experience !we loved every dish .and we had a feeling that it’s a secret gem , this place deserves to be full every night . We will be back

Lisa the bartender was very amazing &vibrant she also made A good recommendation on getting the white truffle pizza

Fantastic food! Must haves: oysters and crab pappardelle.

The complimentary bread and butter is delicious. And the butter is so creamy!

They have a small taster which was fish salad on a chip and it was good.

I'm not an oyster person but they were amazing!! I could eat 12 alone. So creamy and I love the vinegar sauce on the side.

I ordered the crab pasta. It is one of the best pastas I've had. The pasta is flat and long. Cooked perfectly. Light buttery but delicious flavor. And the crab went with it well. The portion size was bigger than I was expecting too.

Scallops were fresh and tasty but not a fan of the tomato and corn sauce.

Great outdoor view.

Great bar for a quiet drink overlooking the ocean . Cuisine has a perfect mediteranean flare of authenticity from the Italian born chef.

We often dine here. Impeccable service, fabulous view of the moon rising over the ocean and great food. What more can you ask for!?
