Maitland Winter Park Plumbing

My home insurance company gave me 3 weeks to replace 'rusty washing machine faucets'. I called maitland winter park Plumbing as they have serviced my home before. They came within an hour gave me an estimate and within 2 hours the job was done. Christian Vasquez, the plumber, is efficient and knowledgeable and educates me as well. Best of all, the job site was always kept clean. I highly recommend them. Ingrid the dispatcher was kind, helpful and efficient in scheduling.

Toby arrived on time to install new water supply line from our house to the street. He carefully rolled back the sod and dug a narrow trench for the 1" PVC pipe, placing the dirt on trash bags placed alongside the trench. He managed to run the pipe under the sidewalk. The water was on the whole time except for about 2 hours for the pipe glue to dry. After testing the pipe connections, Toby replaced the dirt and rolled the sod back in place, the homeowner watering it down as he went. In the end, you could hardly tell he had been here. Great job!

I would like to add more stars but there’s no more space. The staff in this office are top notch honest professionals. Antonio will tell you exactly what you need at their showroom. Christian always does a thorough job, gives excellent advice on other repairs around the house and leaves the site super clean. He has already come to my house more than once and will request him again so he can bring the rest of my plumbing fixtures to the 21st century. Christian V who works for Maitland Winter Park Plumbing is so responsible. He is really nice and gives options rather than telling me what to do. He has replaced toilets for me and fixed toilets and changed sink disposals. Maitland Winter Park Plumbing is my go to plumber. I was scheduled for next Wednesday and they had a cancelation for today. So called me and I got my plumbing issues fixed early. Thanks for always being the best Plumber!!

The technician came to diagnose my water heater within a week after I called them. When I scheduled the repair, he came to fix it 2 days after I called. The times seem reasonable. He did his job well and fast.

This is the first time using their service. I usually attempt to fix small plumbing issues myself, and I have purchased plumbing supplies I could not find anywhere else from them. The service technician Vincent was courteous and very knowledgeable. He handily fixed an issue with the shower/tub valve. Their work is outstanding and their prices are fair.

Dillian arrived on time (almost week early of scheduled appointment; nice surprise) & quickly assessed project to provide more accurate quote. After he completed job (in less time than expected), we asked him to look at another plumbing issue & roughly estimate that job. He again did thorough review of situation, explained what he thought was wrong & how to fix, & provided a rough estimate (estimate seemed fair for work required). Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Update: We’ve had Toby do work at our home many times now. Everything from new faucet installs to hot water heater install to water treatment system install to dishwasher install and all were solid reliable jobs well done!

Toby came and made sure the toilet was working and was very thorough. I was having a big party at my house and I appreciated his attentiveness and knowledge of what needed to be done quickly.
