Service, service, service. Wow, what a pleasure to see a restaurant that actually has it figured out. From the moment we walked in until we left, our table of 5 was wowed. The appetizers, cocktails, cheeseburgers, Ding's Chicken sandwich, Prime French Dip, pan seared Ahi Tuna salad. All were 5 stars. In a picturesque lake setting. Great job. We'll be back soon!

I thought Hillstone was excellent, from the service, to the food, and the aesthetics! I was absolutely pleased with my experience and look forward to visiting again.

I recommend going early, so that you may enjoy the view and have a glass of wine, while you wait for your table to be ready. It’s absolutely worth it. Walking around after your dinner is also doable.

The Hawaiian Ribeye and Rotisserie chicken have phenomenal flavors and they are a must-try! You also can’t go wrong with the mashed potatoes. They are savory and the right amount of creamy.

Hillstone Restaurant never ceases to amaze us with its consistently exceptional food and service. On our latest visit, we had the pleasure of trying both the burger and red snapper entrees, and they were nothing short of outstanding. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the red snapper was cooked to perfection. Hillstone remains our top choice for an unforgettable dining experience every time.

Great spot, always booked up so it's advisable to book well in advance. We went a little early to try to get seated sooner than our and 9:00 p.m. reservation, and we were able to stand at the bar and order drinks and some appetizers. All the food was phenomenal, and the service was excellent.

Simply one of the best dining experiences. We had a window table with an amazing view of the sunset. Amazing service all around and the food!! We had the spinach and artichoke dip for an app - yum! My husband had the Hawaiian rib-eye steak and I had the rotisserie chicken - both were outstanding. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We chose this restaurant because it was listed in an article as one of the top 10 romantic restaurants and we we’re celebrating our anniversary. We will definitely return here. The ambiance was upscale and elegant but welcoming and warm. There was seating on the back porch overlooking the lake and a beautiful sunset. There were paved walking trails amid large oaks that we walked after drinks but before our meal. We walked down to the large deck over the lake and took a moment to enjoy the view. It was a perfect date night restaurant. The service was amazing and we were treated like important guests. The food was delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend this place for an adult night out.

Great customer service, delicious food, and beautiful location. I wish seating outside was available during our visit because watching the sunset over the lake would have been perfect.

Hillstone Restaurant is a brilliant steakhouse that offers one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The rib eye was cooked to perfection, and the side dishes were very good too. Their wine collection is decent, and the overall experience was very good. Although we visited during the night, we could sense the presence of a nearby lake, which could be seen during the daytime for a great view. The staff was extremely nice and kind, and the food came quickly enough.

We've been going to this restaurant for many years now but here lately since COVID less than once a year. But we finally made it back to get that Hawaiian rib eye for like 60 bucks or something and a 20 dollar side salad 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂ not sure why, when I could do it at home but it's okay for the ambience for date night you know to get to look out over the lake and get to be waited upon hand & foot and feel like a royal pos and stuff 🤷‍♂ But nothing's better than gourmet kitchen at the house. Just stay home. At least you'll have a parking spot in your driveway. Well keep raising those prices you'll make it much less busier, super smart! Then I'll have a place to park and can come whenever, I don't have to come early cause I don't like people driving my truck. Anyway!Good luck world!

Love the ambiance. The outside it goegeous. Service is on point. My fav fish sándwich in Orlando. Best waem brownie with mixed nuts and icecream. Always a pleasure to eat here. Can't wait for Artichoke season!

Amazing place and great New York strip! Best in orlando! Only downside is you can reserve up to 4 people table. Usually also served fully loaded baked potato, now unfortunately it’s not available anymore.

Very few restaurants in Orlando compare to Hillstone. This is a very special place - if you’re looking for one of the most romantic evenings at a wonderful location right on the lake with amazing food, this is the spot! So many items on their menu are top-notch, the service is excellent, and at the end of your meal you can walk down to the water (or even their dock) to look out over Lake Killarney. Hillstone feels like an escape from the hustle and bustle of the billions of people in Winter Park, and I just love it! When you’re here, be sure to try their house-smoked salmon (best I’ve ever had), spinach and artichoke dip (way better than you would expect), and save room for dessert because that is amazing too! Literally any of their entrees are wonderful. From the Hawaiian Steak with a loaded baked potato to the pork ribs to the ruby red trout to even the ahi tuna tartare, you’ll love it all. I love this restaurant, it is one of my favorite anywhere in the world, and I can’t wait to return! 😊

What an AMAZING find. My wife and I went here for our SIlver Wedding Anniversary. I was looking for a place and had searched “date night” restaurants on the internet. This was our choice and we were not disappointed. There was NOTHING negative in our experience but what stood out over everything was the service. No less than 7 different people took care of us, from seating us, bringing us water, taking our order, clearing plates. The ownership the staff take in the restaurant and experience is unrivaled. The food was exceptional. A perfect balance of flavor and presentation. Nothing was lacking or over done. The portions were large as my wife and I were able to share everything and were FULL! I don’t believe there is another place in Orlando or Florida that so perfectly embodies elegance, casual comfort, service, and quality. The only other establishment I would put into this category is The Swagg, in North Carolina. Hillstone is truly exceptional.

With minimalistic decor and dining options, this place is a lovely refined treat for a simple lunch. However, the service truly is wonderful. Paige was our server and went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for a birthday.
The cobbler dessert was a bit too sweet for our liking so I would recommend the key lime instead.
Creamed corn was ok but red braised cabbage was delicious.
Pan seared salmon was so good - left me feeling so full.
The kölsch is refreshing is probably the only place in orlando that serves true kölsch. Will return upon another celebration.

Having wanted to eat at this restaurant for the longest time we had a wonderful late lunch last week.

From the parking lot, you are greeted by the most wonderful grilling aromas, and upon entry the open kitchen is beautiful and inviting.

The service was fantastic. From the moment we were greeted by the hostess to our seating lake-side we could not have been happier with the experience.

Ashley, our waitress, was lovely and insured everything was perfect checking on us multiple times during the meal. In fact, we had so many people checking on us that there wasn’t a moment where we didn’t feel we were having the most exquisite (yet relaxing, if that makes sense) experience. They even catered specifically to the whims of our 13-year-old who does not have the most adventurous palate. And the food? Good Lord. Met then exceeded expectations.

Could not be happier and can’t wait to come back. In fact, Ashley, instructed us to make sure that we see the grounds because they are truly wonderful and coming back to have a drink at sunset on the dock in these beautiful surroundings is now on my to do list for this summer.

Amazing experience from start to finish. When we walked in we were greeted immediately and escorted to our table. It was kinda small for our liking so we asked to be seated at a different table and they managed to give us seating we liked much better. Keem greeted us and gave a run down of the menu, giving us quality explanations and guiding us through some of the restaurant favorites. We ordered a Thai steak salad, deviled eggs, The Hawaiian and Knife and Fork Ribs. Everything was beautifully plated and a wonderful combination of flavors. I highly recommend the Thai steak salad, but everything was really quite delicious. The cocktails were pretty good but the service and quality of food is really what stood out (besides the restaurant’s ambiance and design/layout). Keem was fantastic and and he made our experience that much better. Well done, Hillstone.

Despite my attempt to secure a reservation at Hillstone Restaurant on 12/30, the place was fully booked, leaving me unable to experience their reputedly delicious food. However, I remain optimistic and look forward to trying their offerings on my next visit.

While I couldn't savor their dishes this time around, I'm eager to return and indulge in what I've heard to be an exquisite culinary experience. This occurrence speaks volumes about the restaurant's popularity and the anticipation it generates among diners.

We had a lovely dinner at Hillstone on New Years Eve. We have eaten here quite a bit and we always get the same thing. This time we tried something new. I had the pan fried snapper and my husband had the pork chop. Everything was cooked perfectly. Overall I think might be the most well run restaurant in Orlando. Every time we come the food is excellent and so is the service.

I felt a bit underdressed when we stopped here for lunch. We were only going to Trader Joe's and at the last minute stopped to grab a bite to eat. The food is excellent, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is stunning. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay for lunch. The portions were generous, and I took home part of mine which was just as good later that day. I can't say enough about the wait staff as they seemed to truly work as a team. They were all pleasant and assisted each other. My wife and I both commented on the great job they were doing for each other and their attitude. Truly great service.
