Sourdough Bread House

Sourdough was recommended by our daughter and son-in-law. It’s fabulous! Please take the time to give their restaurant a try. You won’t regret it. The only thing we regretted was they ran out of amazing cranberry walnut bread. The servings are huge but so tasty. Please pick up a jar of honey to go or the Sour Cherry jam. Both were served with breakfast. Won’t be the last time we go.♥ My husband had the Turkish coffee with a small piece of yummy Pistachio bread filled with honey and pistachios.

You have to try it out. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich. Place is impeccable clean and cozy. Wonderful staff and excellent choices. I’m just mad I don’t have a second stomach!! I got a sandwich and coffee and was so impressed! You can also pre-order bread to take home. Mind you it’s 3 days in advance but it’s so delicious!
I managed to come in after the lunch rush and had the place to myself for about 12 mins. lol. It’s got several patrons in it now. Worth the trip!

We come to Florida every year and make a point to go to the sourdough house for breakfast. It’s our favorite spot. We’ve never been disappointed in any food that we’ve ordered. We also bring loaves of their sourdough bread back to our condo to enjoy throughout the week. It’s worth the trip from the Satellite Beach area.

Finally decided to give this place a try and was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere and ambiance are relaxing. Very professional staff. Clean and well kept decor. And that set the tone for the food which is delicious delivered with a tasteful presentation. They pay attention to detail and you feel it in the experience. If you’re in the mood for an early breakfast/brunch or are having a work lunch meeting with colleagues, this is a great option!

As I walked into the Sourdough Bread House , little did I know that I was about to be swept away on a sumptuous gastronomic journey. The food was not just delicious – it was an experience, wholesome and indulgent, with each bite carrying me through an exquisite blend of flavors and textures.

We had the pleasure of ordering the Turkish breakfast, and what a splendid array it was! The eggs, sunny side up, were perfectly cooked, accompanied by creamy avocado slices. A sensational spread of cheeses left us in awe with their rich and varied tastes. Tahini and molasses offered a delightful, earthy sweetness while the sour cherry jam was a tart revelation. We also indulged in Nutella, olives, Zahter, butter, kaymak, and a delectable combination of apricots and walnuts.

However, the star of the show was the freshly baked sourdough bread. Its aroma wafted through the air as we tore into the crusty exterior to reveal the pillowy interior. The bread's taste and texture were sheer perfection, and it elevated the entire breakfast experience.

As if that wasn’t enough, we delved into the Menemen with soujuk, a traditional Turkish dish with eggs, tomatoes, and spices. It was absolutely to die for. The balance of flavors was impeccable, with the spiciness of the soujuk complementing the mellow richness of the eggs.

The tea we sipped was delightful – rich and aromatic, it provided the perfect respite and balance amidst the spread of vibrant flavors.

The sheer variety, freshness, and taste of the food exceeded my already high expectations. There was an undeniable charm in the experience, akin to enjoying a country breakfast in nature, but in the heart of the city.

I also decided to explore the dessert menu and found myself ordering 2 pieces of lavender cake for to go . This was a first for me, and it was nothing short of a revelation. The cake was soft, moist, and the delicate flavor of lavender made it an unforgettable treat.

An added bonus was the discovery that the café offers sourdough bread for sale. I'm already looking forward to ordering custom-made bread for my next visit.

The ambiance within the restaurant was just as delightful as the food. It was spacious and immaculately clean, with an inviting atmosphere that makes it perfect for brunch, family gatherings, or a leisurely coffee and tea session with friends.

In conclusion, our visit to the Sourdough Bread House was nothing short of phenomenal. It wasn’t just a meal; it was a celebration of culinary artistry. This place undoubtedly serves the best breakfast and bread in the entire state. I am eagerly awaiting my next Orlando vacation to relish more of the treasures that their menu holds.

We drive by this area all the time and never realized this place until we were looking for a breakfast place and this came up on google along our way. We decided to try it out and WOW. The sourdough bread is literally CRAZY good. I don’t think I have had fresh bread like this before. We will be back. The atmosphere is super nice, and the service was great. It’s obvious that quality is a priority! If you want to try something different than a typical American breakfast diner, this is a great experience! Check it out! Definitely recommended.

Best Turkish cafe in all of Central Florida! Their fresh baked sourdough is the best I’ve ever had, and the presentation/plating of their meals is very aesthetically pleasing! If you’re going, I highly suggest getting the sourdough bread plate, topped with smoked salmon, hummus, labneh, and avocado. Every component was delicious, and if you want to be a real pro, slap the salmon slice and the labneh slice together for a sandwich that will make you forget all about bagels w/ lox & cream cheese!

Beautiful! Decadent! Delicious! She out did herself! Hülya is a gifted baker, both of these cakes were AMAZING. The German Chocolate cake was for Fathers Day and I just wanted a very simple cake for dessert. Best German chocolate cake Ever n they are my favorite so I’ve had many.
The second cake was my Dads 80th Birthday party. A specialty order of Pineapple shortcake with fresh pineapples on top🍍. Needless to say the cake was spectacular. The perfect combination of Fresh, sweet pineapples on top of layers of shortcake with cream in between. EVERYONE loved the cake and asked about where I got it afterwards. DO NOT MISS OUT! This place is a gem💎

Phenomenal place for great food! The woman running the restaurant was very nice and helpful. The portions are very large and filling. I had the Avocado toast with a fried egg and Turkish coffee. Both were beyond delicious! Please check this place out, it's absolutely worth it!!!

Delightful experience! Dishes were obviously very fresh. The plates were perfect for a ladies' luncheon. Avocado toast was perfect! Turkish tea was also very good, not quite the same as, but very reminiscent of tea in Turkey. We will be back and recommend to friends!

We went there on Sunday and the food was fresh and delicious. The sourdough bread was so good so we decided to get one to go. Prices are reasonable and I would definitely recommend this place for brunch.

So good! I got the sourdough bread plate and it was topped with avocado, labneh, smoked salmon and hummus- enough for two people in my opinion. Bread was so fresh and sliced thick. My fav is the ezme, made in house. Great local spot!

I was completing an assignment at Daytona beach and noted that this store has quite a following there. So on my way back to Orlando I stopped by. The place has a very cozy mom and pops feel. I ordered a cheesesteak and turkish coffee. The cheesesteak was incredible, resembles a phily cheesesteak enough to earn the name but brings a lot of new character to the plate. The Turkish coffee was impeccable. Of note this small business does take a little more time to get the food out as compared to larger chains. Well worth the wait, the food speaks to the care placed in preparation :)

Great quality food. Very nice people. Chicken salad is unique and fantastic. Clean. New place is a bit bigger with more parking. Prices are reasonable since everything inflated. They make bread to order with 3 day notice.

This is definitely a hidden gem in casselberry! Came in here and was greeted very nicely and was given time to order! Ended up getting a bacon egg and cheese panini, and let me tell you! Wow! The panini is made with their sourdough bread, which is very tasty and crispy. Also, the paninis are huge! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area!

This is an excellent brunch spot! HUGE and filling portions, they give you hearty slices of sourdough and jam, and you can tell they put a lot of care into the preparation of all their food. The coffee is local and is piping hot and remains hot throughout your meal, which is a nice change from the lukewarm coffee at a lot of other brunch spots I know! The owners are so kind and the whole place has a very cozy atmosphere, I will definitely be coming again!

We stopped in for lunch after church today and we loved it! The place is so bright and cute! And the food was fresh abs delicious. I had the pastrami sandwich and my daughter had the vegan plate and both were yummy! The best sourdough bread ever!

We had the pleasure of dining here on two separate occasions. The menu is tailored to the tastes of Mediterranean people, with delicious breads and generous portions. We were very pleased with our experience.
