I came here before going to the beach and this place was delicious! I typically do not eat lamb but the way they make it here definitely convinced me. I had the chicken platter with fries that had a special seasoning (“Greek Style”); the fries were crispy golden and everything was fresh. The outdoor seating is very pleasant where you can enjoy the breezy atmosphere.

Great local place, family owned, authentic cuisine. When in doubt, can't go wrong with the cheese saganaki, spanakopita and lamb gyro sandwich. The staff is friendly and outdoor seating is limited but good for people watching (though traffic noise can get loud at times). Would recommend for lunch if you're in the area.

It was my first time eating at The Greek Place and I was extremely impressed. As a Gyro enthusiast I have tried so many different Greek restaurants. Absolutely delicious! Both the service and scenery was wonderful as well and I am going to have to become a regular.

Great place in Surfside to have some Greek food. Prices are very competitive. Atmosphere is very casual. Outdoor seating is nice when it is not too hot. The menu is comprehensive. The service was good.

The service and food here was incredible. I was craving Greek food and happened to stumble upon this hidden gem and it was such an incredible experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be back soon.

I eat here everyday and they always pull out the most amazing meals that are fresh and delicious! It is hard to get bored when they always have new and exciting dishes waiting for me! They are amazing - A MUST TRY!

The best Greek food in the city. The gyro platter with the salad is the best i've ever had. Lots of great gyro meet, great sauce, fresh veggies and great feta in the salad. They often have Mousaka and you should ask for it off menu - you'll love it. Odd hours mean you order early or eat early as the close around 7 most nights but we go for dinner more than lunch. Off Harding, it's the best spot for a modestly priced, fresh meal. The grape leaves are outstanding with good texture and the spanakopita spinach pie has addictive phyllo dough. Family company - Dad's always in back making the food with what seems like 10 daughters running the place - all great people and we've see the kids grow up there. Great local place.

Can someone tell me why are they permanently closed? Did they change location? I’ve been coming to this place for 30 years , I love love love their Gyros.

This small but friendly restaurant was a delightful experience for us.

We were spending a couple of nights at MIA and of all the places we ate, this was probably the best. Its small but service is very good. Food is tasteful. Sizes are right and prices are reasonable.

First visit and it was great. They have outdoors sitting,which was awesome. I ordered the Cesar salad with chicken and it was delicious. Service was professional and friendly.
