I love this place. Let me tell you why. Walking into a new establishment can be intimidating but that wasn’t the case here. From the moment you walk in the door to waving goodbye when you leave, everyone in this office feels like a friend. As with any new procedure I was a little nervous at first, but Caroline’s gentle spirit won me over immediately. I felt fully seen, fully heard, and the results were absolutely perfect. She’s got me forever. The entire atmosphere is professional, yet relaxed. There is room for conversation, even giggles, and Margie at the front desk is hospitable and warmly engaging. Treat yourself. I promise you’ll like it here.

I visited with Caroline today to get lip fillers. I’ve never had them done before so I was super nervous and did not know what to expect. Caroline made me feel super comfortable and explained everything in detail which made me feel less anxious and more excited. During our session, Caroline checked on me to ensure I was not in pain during the procedure and took her time through each of the steps. Carolyn is the absolute BEST! From the first communication up until the initial appointment, she was very thorough and professional. Carolyn is also very knowledgeable about skin care and through her work you can tell she is passionate about giving you exceptional service. In just a week I could see positive results in my skin. I have gone to Dr. Linda Gilliland for seven years for her skin care treatments, including injections of Botox and several Juvéderm fillers as well as the HALO laser treatment. She is an amazing, highly qualified professional who is kind and gentle. She never has made a mistake or caused any pain. I have been seeing Dr Linda for years and she is by far one of the best Aesthetic consultants that I have worked with over the years that I have been getting Botox and fillers. She always works towards the best result with the minimum amount of product to make you look natural versus unnatural with to much of a good thing. Dr. G is awesome, and the proof is in the pudding! She's always been my go-to for Botox, but recently treated me with BBL for rosacea and ablative laser for removal of some funny business on my right temple area. I had traditional laser treatments years ago and had no intention to do it again because of how uncomfortable it was during and after, but this new generation technology was nothing like the older and painful laser procedures of the past. I was completely comfortable throughout, didn't have to hide from public after the procedure, my rosacea has cleared around 60-80% after a single visit, and my skin is tighter and skin tones more even. 100% worth trying.

First time getting Botox was an amazing experience! Linda was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. It was super quick, easy, and painless. I will definitely be back!
