Highly recommend! I have been ordering from Miami Fit Box for a couple of years and they never disappoint. The meals are healthy, fresh and perfect if you are on the go but are health conscious. The shred weight loss plan is perfect to shed a few pounds or just stay in shape.

Love the food! My husband orders the custom meal plan and I order the weight loss meal plan. We've tried various companies out there, and by far Miami Fitbox is the BEST!!! The foods are delicious and constantly varied. Highly recommend for anyone serious about delicious healthy food. Best part of all is that not only is it healthy, but it tastes great too!!!

I am enjoying the food service at Miami FitBox. I don’t always have time to meal prep and this service saves me a lot of time. I like that their menu changes every week. Once you know your favorite meal items, you can order their custom meal plans. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our coach Lorraine is always recommending them, now I understand why!

I’ve been eating meals with Miami Fitbox for over a year now. I began when I was pregnant, and continue to eat the meals now. I even order extra meals to feed my toddlers! Their food is delicious, and is never too oily or salty. Plus, their customer service is great! I would highly recommend trying them out.

tried the food before at elevation gym. was the best meal prep i had so far in miami. customer service is slacking sometimes as they are not easy to reach. but the food is good. and make sure they don’t leave your food at the frontdesk without telling you.

I signed up for miami fitbox because I have weight loss goals but a very busy life and I don't always have time for meal prep. I am a major foodie, which is part of why I gained weight so just eating chicken breast and sweet potato wasn't going to work for me. I was so excited when I got my first delivery and I was not disappointed. The food is absolutely high quality and tastes delicious. I have always loved vegetables but fitbox makes eating healthy so yummy. Some of my favorites are the brussel sprouts, zucchini fritters and beets. Yes. Beets. The proteins are high quality and cooked to perfection. The chicken and steak are always juicy and never dry. I love the salmon and tuna. I could go on and on but they give so much variety that I would be here all day. The fact that they change it up really makes it easy to stick to and I actually look forward to my boxes everyday. Another thing that makes this really effective is the fact that it's portion controlled. Just eat your box and you will be within your allotted calorie intake and trust me, it's more than enough food. As you start to lose weight you might even notice you feel full before you finish. So far, I've lost 10 lbs in the first month. I am starting my second month and I am so excited to continue to reach my goals. Definitely give Miami Fitbox a try if you want delicious food that will help you to lose weight!

This waa my first time using a food delivery service and I was extremely pleased. The turkey burger and turkey sliders were my favorite. The sweet potato and the portobello mushroom were delicious! Can't wait until I get the second part of my order.
