Employees were very nice and helpful. I don't get the negative comments. They are honest and give you a realistic timeline for your items. You need something by a certain date, plan accordingly.

Great customer service! While submitting my information for my graduation announcements, there was some sort of miscommunication and my minor was spelled incorrectly. I emailed them and told them about the issue and a day later I got an email back explaining how sorry they were and that they would print more (that would be correctly spelled) as soon as possible. I really appreciated how fast they responded to my complaint and their willingness to correct the problem. We all make mistakes, it's how they are handled that makes a difference. I definitely recommend them for all graduation necessities!
