Listen! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I don't know why this spot never popped up when searching vegan food before but I'm so glad I found them ❤. Everything is delicious and the bread pudding will have you in love. You honestly cannot go wrong with anything you order here. As I write this I'm waiting for them to open tomorrow so I can run and get some more bread pudding 🤤. Best vegan spot in Central Florida!!!

Yesterday. UGS!! But, DaJen Eats made it better. First time. Far from last. Staff is so friendly. Food is amazing. Vibe is chill and fun. Had the toona melt - mind blowing! Can't wait to try literally everything on the menu.

So so so good. We don’t live very close but every time we drive past this area, my non vegan husband asks to get food here. 10/10!!!

I have been vegan for 20 years. The food is INSANELY good here. I visited from out of town and was referred by a family member. I went to DaJen Eats 2 days in a row (breakfast and brunch), gorged as I dined in and took a little leftover food back to my home state because I didn't want to waste any of what I got. The food and service are really good. So is the artwork and the reading nook. I wish this vegan spot was franchised everywhere. That's really how good the food is. They also cater to people who have adaptive and neurosensory needs.

Drove a little ways to get here and it's fully worth it. Amazing food, tried the hoax tail and jerk chicken. Rich flavor, big serving size. I got the bread budding too.

This place was truly the best vegan food I have ever had! The mango scotch bonnet short ribs were the best! You get a plate big enough for 2 for $20 and we still could not finish it all. If I lived close by here I would be a regular but sadly I’m almost 4 hours away. I am planning to come back soon!! The red velvet cake and bread pudding were okay, have had better. The vegan ice creams was okay it wasn’t creamy at all, I have had better but for the price it’s decent. The mango ginger lemonade is absolutely amazing!

i am so happy i found this place! the service was good and the restaurant felt welcoming and friendly. you order at the counter, take a buzzer, and find a seat. the food was out fairly quickly, and i was impressed with pretty much everything i ate. this is some of the best food i’ve ever had, hands down.
i ordered a bowl with jerk chickn, cornbread, and jerk mac. the chicken was tasty and well/spiced, and both the presentation and flavor of the bowl was 10/10! (seriously, one of the most gorgeous plates of food i’ve ever consumed) the cornbread was tasty, and the jerk mac was perfectly spicy! i was surprised how much flavor could pack into that little bowl of mac.
to top it off, i ordered some red velvet cheesecake and pineapple upside down cake ice cream and was pleasantly surprised by both! i thought all the flavors that they had looked delicious and unique, and although i struggled to decide which to choose, i thought both were impressive. the red velvet cheesecake is a must-try, and the pineapple upside down cake had these perfect bits of pineapple that really completed the scoop!
overall, everything i had here was amazing, and i couldn’t recommend it more!

Absolutely phenomenal food! I typically don’t give reviews. Since the food was exceptional I needed to share. The hoax tails and vegan ribs are insanely good.
When you first walk in you notice the smell of deeply seasoned food. I said, “Oh yeah, this is going to be good.” There are two sides of the restaurant. One side where there light seating to accommodate waiting. The other side has irie hand crafted ice cream. There’s plenty of seating with an area to read if you’d like. It has a Jamaican atmosphere with kid friendly music.
The staff was helpful and friendly. We were allowed to taste the food. Everything was good. I mean every single thing was good. Loaded with flavors.
We also had the ginger drinks. Light ginger flavored drinks mixed with pineapple, mango, or just OG (original ginger).
We met Chef Jenn. Very friendly lady with a great smile. I’m grateful she’s sharing her gift with Orlando. How did I get here? I caught a video with Tabitha Brown in it and she wasn’t lying. Dajen Eats is my #1 vegan spot and I’ve tried plenty of them.

This place is an amazing Jamaican vegan gem in historic Eatonville!! DELICIOUS with healthy portions…It’s definitely a must and worth the trip if you live in the surrounding Orlando area. The staff are friendly and courteous as well.

WOW! WOW!! WOW!!! We are completely blown away by this food. We have eaten vegan food all around the country and this is in the top two. This is definitely the best vegan food you will have in the Orlando area. We had the hoax tail, brown stew, jerk chicken sandwich, and loaded fries. The fries were the crispiest fries EVER! Unlike most other vegan places the portions were massive. You will be full. Very full. Forget Disney, go to DaJen!

Spectacular. DaJen Eats supports my idea that small, local restaurants can provide a superior dining experience. The variety and flavors here are amazing. I had a "rib" sandwich that was overflowing with fillings. I also had a mango ginger lemonade that was very delicious. They do not skimp on quantity or quality. I felt like I got excellent value for the money spent. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and knowledgeable, providing good advice on items available on the menu. I will definitely come back and try more items on the menu.

Very pleasantly surprised as I did not initially know that this was a vegan restaurant and I am vegetarian. So I was so happy to try this on my visit to Eatonville and I was not disappointed. When you walk in there's friendly staff and they meet you with a greeting of wah gwan it caught me off guard, but I did respond the same. I had the hoax tale sandwich and jerk macaroni salad it was very good! The flavor and texture was on point, I was in tastebud heaven. I can't wait to try the other itsms on the menu I loved it and definitely will be going back!

First time visiting, I ordered the special of the day- lasagna and garlic knot. They showed out!!! Service is good, food is delicious, atmosphere is eye-catching with many artworks posted up. Portion size and price point is reasonable compared to other Orlando plant-based restaurants. It's good eats. The hospitality is there too.

Love this place! I’m not vegan but I like to come here just because the food is so soooooo delicious (and I must admit it makes me feel better knowing there’s no meat products ;)). I’ve brought my non-vegan and family members here as well & they all LOVE the food. They’re so impressed that’s it’s vegan. I would definitely recommend that you eat here if you’re in the mood for some delicious food that will leave you satisfied!

My husband and I had the best experience at DaJen Eats! The food was absolutely delicious. It was so good that we came back again our last day in Orlando and ordered a pick 6 and got everything plus deserts.
We want to thank all of the staff for their warm hospitality and genuine service. A special thank you to Joshua for the awesome service he gave us each time we came in with a joyful "Waah Gwan" and down to earth personality.

The Vegan Jerk Chicken & Hoax Tails THE BEST!!

The food was incredible! It was flavorful, and there were healthy options as well as more southern cookin. The vegan ice cream was the best I have ever had and the flavors were different than you usually see.

Today was my first time here and it DEFINITELY won’t be my last! The overall aesthetic of the restaurant was inviting and they even had a mini library section. Joe made sure our first time here was everything we needed and more. I had the Hoax tail platter and you couldn’t tell me I didn’t eat actual oxtails!!! Everything tasted AMAZING! My sister (who is a meat eater) had the jerk chicken sandwich and throughly enjoyed it! Joe was very welcoming and accommodating to our every need!!! The staff was very pleasant as well! Would definitely recommend!!!

I will like to start off by stating, I am not a vegan. However after today I am really considering going to vegan. I drove all the way from Gainesville to try to this place. Walking in, the atmosphere is so welcoming. The staff welcomes you before arriving at the register. Tony, which I learned is the restaurant manager, explained all of the food choices. He even ordered my food for me. I got the Jerk Chicken, sweet and spicy fried cauliflower, rice and peas infused with thyme, and coleslaw. I also got the jerk mac & cheese and corn bread. Listen! The food was amazing and the portions are generous. For the dessert, I tried a peach cobbler donut and…. It gave me life! Not only did I receive joy from the food, I met some amazing people. I will be back to visit more often.
