This location has a great staff that is very eager to help their customers. I went in there today to buy the same pair of boots I’ve been buying for ten years and to my surprise, they have been discontinued. The guys working went right into their system and found three pairs in my size in three different states. I was able to call one of those locations and buy a pair to be shipped to my house directly. I highly recommend this company but this location is outstanding!

Great store for quality foot ware and awesome service with knowledgeable people. Price is no object when it comes to protecting and caring for your feet. I won't go anywhere else for work boots.

Been getting work boots here for almost 15 years; my husband wouldn't wear anything else. Called ahead today to see if they had my husband's size. They didn't, but the gentleman on the phone was super helpful. He checked to see if anyone local had them in stock and when they didn't, he offered to have them ordered and shipped to our house in two days.

Great place to get work boots. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very satisfied with the boots and the guarantee offered with them. I'll continue getting my boots from Red Wing in the future.

Man the service there was awesome they helped me find the pair of work shoes i needed as i am a mechanic and need rugged and comforable shoes. The lady there had no hesitation on helping me get my feet sized and telling me all about the shoes i wanted. Now i have a pair that are perfect for my feet thank you will deff be going back there. The daytona location was worse than any place i have ever been they were mean and didnt want to help me.

When I was in this location today I was sooooooo unhappy with the previous service I had received but that all was turned around from this nice sales rep name Chris he went above and beyond for this tho did I needed . They definitely need more people like him at this location. If you go to this location see Chris for exceptional service . The other gentleman who seems like the owner is not helpful at all .

This is the only boot that I'll wear to work. Paired with the insoles they offer I can work all day without foot pain. I typically get a year of use before needing to replace them.

Quick and professional service. Prior redwings boots lasted 6 years. Hopefully these new ones will prove their worth also.
