This location is always clean and bight. The staff here is friendly and go above and beyond to help you find what you need. My only complaint with all publix stores is that there aren't enough people to work the deli counter for those delicious heros (subs) that they make.

A normal Publix, clean,friendly, helpful staff. International section for the harder to find specialties. Fantastic bakery and deli department. Huge frozen section. Lots of cook at home meals prepackaged.

My experience today was good as usual. Everything I went in for was in stock. I even found some bogos that I could not pass up.

As always a very clean brightly lit store and helpful employees. I love thier selection of bread and baked goods. We always shop at this store.

Publix has the best Subs for a lot less money than Subway and they are larger, plus the have BOGO and this is when you can save money.

I love Publix! Customer service is always excellent with every staff member. However, Devin, who is a bagger, goes above and beyond to help. He is kind, helpful, and always pleasant even when dealing with my father-in-law who is cantankerous on a good day!

During a stressful family situation I needed my prescription filled from Publix in another town. It was done in the time it took me to do some quick shopping. Wonderful pharmacy, wonderful people who helped me find exactly what I needed. Thank you so very much.

Thank you for the new signs and taking charge of people who constantly like to disobey the rules or they feel the rules do not apply to them. I agree service animals are allowed no matter where, but other than that no I just don’t want everybody’s animal around my food where I do my food shopping and service. Animals are very well behaved. You can certainly tell the difference.

Update 4/2023. Mark in the meat department is the best ever. Look at that prime rib he got me!!! He helps me with whatever needs I have and goes the extra mile. Best butcher EVER!!!!

Update...moved to 3 stars bc i stopped in last night and asked the lady who normally works in the seafood department if they had more salad and she replied " the produce guy is right over there" and she was in the back by where they cut the produce. Then I went to the meat counter and asked for a pork rib roast and the guy tells me it will be 10 minutes. I thought about it for a second and told him not to worry about. He looked at me and said sorry. I thought to myself no you are not if you were you would get me a roast. So then I grabbed a picnic roast and when I get home the fat cap had a A on it that was very difficult to cut off.

Been going to this publix for years and it is one of my favorites. The deli and meat section are my favorite. The seafood is good just make sure to give it the smell test before you leave because I don't know how much seafood they sell. The last 2 items I bought they returned no problem so it is all good.

Chicken potatoes wedges and rolls are the things I shopped for but what I found was love. The store oozed it from the pores. From the sushi man to the inattentive deli counter, I found care like no one ever had. The bag boy even bagged my stuff and put my pie haphazardly in the cart. Good times.

Very friendly, greeted when I walked inside. Had plenty of stock and pricing is competitive!

I live in Winter Springs and I am more or less within equal distance to three Publix locations, two in winter springs and one in Casselberry by Button Rd. I choose to go to the Casselberry location not because of traffic, the parking lot size, convivence etc but because of the people who work there. Every other publix I have been to the employees are polite. They'll blankly ask you how your day was while mindlessly bagging and nonchalantly checking the clock to see when they can be relieved from their shift. The Casselberry location seems to be a bit different in the way where the employees seem to be genuinely happy. They're not cogs blindly going through the motions to power a giant corporate profit machine. They are living, breathing people in our community (not just baggers or butchers) making genuine connections with other people and enjoying their workday. Even all of the younger employees surprisingly seem to be comfortable. Whether it's Kaycee in produce directing me where I need to go, Jennifers friendly face carding me in checkout to boost my ego or Dave cheerfully bringing the groceries to the car, it's always one of the highlights of my week and looking forward to seeing them the next time softens the sting of inflation. The fact they have been able to keep the same people happily employed for so long speaks volumes of the management. Keep up the good work guys!

Love this Publix! Shopping really is a pleasure! I ordered platters and cakes here for parties and they were beautiful and delicious! Everyone complimented me on my party 🥳

I couldn't find an idea anda gal at the front desk went back with me into the aisle and found it it had been covered up by another spice.

This is truly the best Publix I have ever shopped. The staff and I mean all of the Staff is phenomenal. My favorite.
