Not only responsive but ON TIME. I mean like "we'll be there at 10:30", pulls up at 10:30. I had sent them photos. I was wary at first as they charge by the hour but I've never seen more hustle but care given during a job. They came in and fixed SEVERAL problems from a previous electrician who ghosted us when we reached out to get said problems fixed and all at a very fair rate. If they ran into a snag, they talked to us about options. If they found something funky, they showed me. When there were options, they asked (hang the fixture one way or another). They took care of me, our 1970s home, and fixing someone else's mess. Would HIGHLY recommend for any electrical needs. They did simple work (removing a prong from an outlet) to middle work (replacing a fan with an old setup and some bathroom light fixtures that were ancient) to some more tricky work (lighting that had been installed poorly on the porch). Thank you so much for helping us improve our home and make it safer!

You can stop looking around for the best electrician in the greater Orlando area. You are in luck if you are reading this — Fernando Sabangan is a marvel. I have worked with him several times now and each experience is consistently fantastic. First of all, he is one of the friendliest and most patient people I have ever met. Second, he is experienced and knowledgeable, and will humbly and honestly advise you on the best solution to your problem. Furthermore, his prices are fair and transparent. He will take the time to come out and look at your job first so that when he comes to do the work, he is on time and prepared with everything he needs to complete it right the first time, and he won’t leave until you are satisfied. You are not going to do better with one of the other companies out there. I have worked with many of the other larger guys and whoever comes to sell you a job usually brings in someone less experienced to do the work. Not with Fernando, he is your guy from the start to the finish and once you work with him you will be looking for more projects to do because the experience is so pleasant.

Was a pleasure to meet & have work done. His wife is also very nice as she was his assistant & gofer. In the industry as a career for many years, has the experience & knowledge to handle any residential needs. Charges were very fair & would certainly recommend their service.

I had him replace a 150-amp house breaker. Fernando was punctual and professional.
He was able to replace the breaker within short amount of time and at a respectable price.

I have used Fernando for over 10 years and Sabangan Electric is my go to electrician. Always prompt and prices are very reasonable. They were referred to me by a realtor who used Sabangan regularly and I am pleased that they made the recommendation. I've had them completely rebuild two electrical panels at his recommendation and glad he did. The wiring was turning black on the 30 year old panel which was an indication of overheating and possible fire. From that point, they gained my business and trust.

5 ***** Have already referred Sabangan Electric to friends. Owner, Fernando gave me a fair quote (had two other companies come out to give me a quote and one was $3000. more). They were efficient, professional and installed/wiring new decorative lights on garage, outdoor outlets, and motion lights.

Extremely quick to respond and provide service, Fernando and Dahlia were able to perfectly fix our lightning-damaged household circuit in about an hour and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be calling them again for any future electrical service needs. My highest recommendation!
