Highly recommend Rick McCoy and Cascades Medspa! I've been going to Rick since 2017 for facials, Fraxel and an IPL treatment that completely turned my skin around. Rick customizes your treatment and puts you on the right products to make you look your best by creating the healthiest skin from within. Additionally, Cascades often runs specials that make more expensive products accessible to those of us without unlimited income for skin care. They also offer a variety of aesthetic treatments all under one roof to help you achieve your personal goals! The front desk staff is always cheerful, happy to assist and I've never had any issue getting in for an appointment when needed. If you need a new Aesthetician, Rick and the team at Cascades will take great care of you!

Very happy I found Rick! He’s amazing. I had a consult and discussed several treatments available other than botox or fillers. Wanted to go a more natural route. He made me feel very confident choosing the Morphesus 8 and glad I did. I have done 2 treatments and one to go. Definitely noticing the difference, more of a glow and tightening of my skin especially under my chin/neck area. He saved me a lot of money purchasing Skin Medica TNS which is a game changer. I highly recommend Ultrashape for fat reduction and thermage for skin tightening. Results start showing within two weeks. I had the back of my thighs done. I am amazed at the results so far. Both procedures are noninvasive and there's no downtime. No pain whatsoever! Rick did a fabulous job on my procedures. He is very honest and knowledgeable on what will work best for you. I just finished my 4th microcurrent facial by Rick and can't say enough good things. I had been looking for a local place to get a microcurrent facial for about a year - I had contacted multiple other spas that offered it in Altamonte, Longwood, Maitland and Winter Park but funny enough no one seemed to want my business because they never got back to me. Rick responded to my email the same day and I was scheduled within a week.
The treatments are fantastic and Rick is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to skincare and aesthetics. I'm so glad he is the one who finally got back to me. The results are fantastic and he is recently recommended some new skin care products that I love. He's not pushy at all when it comes to making recommendations and you can tell he only recommends what is in your truly in line with your goals and best interest.

I have had many procedures done at Cascades and never leave disappointed. Rick McCoy is a very skilled, talented and thorough aesthetician/ skin care consultant. He explains all of the steps in the procedures he performs and gives you great after-care instructions. I live over two hours each way and make the drive because he's always done such an amazing job. My skin looks great. Always get compliments and feel it's because of the services I have done at Cascades. Thermage is truly working for me. He always calls or texts to follow up afterwards, as well. Ricky has been doing dermaplaning on my face. It has made such a difference in my complexion and the application of my makeup going on more smoothly. I am in my 50s so it is a great way to remove peach fuzz from your face even if it is very blonde like mine . A wonderful way to exfoliate and rejuvenate your skin. Rick is gentle, and precise.

Cascade med spa is great and I would definately recomend them. Rick is amazing! He makes sure I am comfortable and that I know what he is doing every step of my treatment. I drive 1.5 hours each way to go to my appointments but it is worth it.

I’ve been with Dr eye since I was a teenager, and I can honestly say she made me feel comfortable every time I visited ! When I became pregnant I lived in Clermont and still took that 50 min drive just to go to this office. I had the pleasure of meeting the other OBGYNs in the office and all three were just amazing and super supportive and helped me every step of the way. These ladies are amazing!!
