Honestly I never leave reviews but this McDonald’s really stood out to me. I have never visited a fast food restaurant with employees as awesome as the ones at this location. Everyone is so nice, patient, and they just have a great attitude. My food is always fast, fresh, and my fries are always crispy. Y’all keep up the great work!

My wife and I frequent this Longwood McDonald's twice a week. We always go through the drive-thru but they're always courteous and efficient.

The food was great and so was the service!

I was ready to risk it all to get fries out of this bag while driving. The fries were fresh fresh. The burgers (all chicken) were cooked really well and not burnt. The girl working the drive thru last night was super sweet and very nice

The service, food quality, and accuracy of orders at this McDonald's are usually very good. Customer service is a bit less responsive post-COVID.

It's McDonald's, but this one is far the best I've been to (drive thru only). Staff is friendly. Food comes out hot and correct.

Never leave on without it stopping by McDonald's to catch a bite always good good service.

- I called around 9:30am ish on a sat, the very nice lady said lunch starts at 10:30,11:00; weekends. But if needed, we can make up fresh fries if you come by now, we did & my son is sooo happy. Not to mention; my son has autism, & anyone who knows autism, knows that if they want something now, they TRULY mean it. Thank you ladies!! ❤

Food always fresh the staff it's great very Happy & attentive to customers. I've always choose this location because the customer service is five star the prices are low & the food always fresh. Great attitude all around. inside it's always clean , soda station is well stock'd up & clean will return for it's great menu will recommend and insist on that everyone I know treat it's self, friends & family to the new dinning experience right here ,. Try all signature recipy sandwiches they are great!!! Keep up the good work..

I was greeted and served by a young man in the most caring way. Super service from him! Turns out, the father was cleaning the glass walls and helped me and the grand boys set the food on the table. Ben and Ted (father and son team)ARE THE BEST! THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE. THANK YOU MCDONALD

I come to this McDonald's every day I order the same thing every everyday a large mocha frape the frappe no chocolate drizzle add yeah split drizzle add caramel drizzle whip cream on top and bottom. They have new employees at this McDonald's and they are very rude though we'll be on the phone at the windowThis should stop this is not very professional

Get that double egg McMuffin and add bacon.

Honestly, tell me a better place to find a Diet Coke? You can’t. Dying from a hangy? This place cures all. Listening to too much T swift and in your feels? Pop in late through an efficient dual drive thru and pamper yourself. Not to mention out of all millions of McD’s this one has very polite and nice employees. They got a late night one man show and he just doesn’t bend out of shape. Handles the large masses of people.

Went to the longwood location. We had a order from another visit that was messed up. When we walked in the manager on duty recognized us and replace our meal. She was very pleasant and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name but we will be going back. Best McDonald's manager ever.

The Manager there was very nice, and friendly. Also helped with change before I ran to the car. Made my day so much better, recommend this McDonald’s with full respect. Thank you so much for the great visit!

I used the app to place the order. After I arrived, everything was prepared and delivered to the car quickly. They did a great job.
