Stopped in to speak with the team about plans I have for the future of my C6. Had a great chat, learned a ton and have a much clearer picture of what I really want. I appreciate the fellas for taking time to speak with me and i’m really looking forward to dropping my baby off for some work. Big thanks to Mike & Geoff for taking the time to speak with me. 10/10 recommend, Next Level. Will be in soon to get the ball rolling!

This is the only shop i trust to work on my Corvette. Geoff is amazing at tuning after his shop installs the parts. I've been using Next Level Performance for 2 years now and would not trust anyone else with my car.

Geoff is the man. He is an amazing person with a great attitude and great experience. He tuned my 2008 Corvette after installing a Halltech intake, VMAX ported throttle body and a cooler thermostat.
I couldn't be happier. The car feels great.

Doesn't finish the job. I took my car to Geoff Skorupa with Next Level Performance in May of 2021 for a full dyno tune on my modified, NA, '17 Camaro SS. After working on the tune some, Geoff reached out to me regarding some engine codes that he was seeing but couldn't understand what was causing them any couldn't clear them. He told me it was probably related to a mechanical issue and, for some reason, he couldn't finish the tune until the codes were gone. I had to take the car as-is (very rough running, hard shifting, occasional stalling, limp mode, etc.) to get it serviced elsewhere. I was promised a "final tune" once the mystery repairs were made. Despite the supposed codes that were present, the car never gave me a check engine light (CEL). I drove it, as it was, for a number of weeks so I could observe it and see if any of the codes you found would clear. I ended up taking it to the dealership for an oil change and had them scan the car to see what codes were active and remaining. The dealership identified some codes and the most serious of which was only a low-temp signal coming from a faulty transmission temp sensor. This code does not affect the tune points of the engine, A/F ratios, shift points, or any other aspects of the tuning; it is for monitoring and information use only. I had the issued repaired and all other codes cleared by my mechanic shop. When I reached back out to Geoff to get the final tune done that was promised, I was given the runaround for six weeks. I was told that they were continuously booked out two weeks in advance yet I was never given the opportunity to make an appointment to get in line. The last communication I received was when Geoff told me he had to go out of town and would be in touch when he got back. Never heard from him again. Needless to say, I should have never paid the full $700+ tuning fee until the job was done. That's what I get for being too trusting; lessoned learned. Find yourself a competent shop that understands engine codes and keeps their promises.

I was refered to this place to tune my c7 strage 3 cam z06. This shop use to be owned by another guy who actually knew his stuff. This new guy a total crazy nut bag. He tunes my car and everything seems fine. I go back and try to throw it in reverse and it made a grinding noise. I left the car there for 1 month. He would scream at me when i would call trying to brainstrom ideas of what could be going on. He would say if your friends know so much then have them do it?? Then he says i been driving it around and it hasnt happened again..... so hes been too busy to look at my car for one month but was driving it around and it wouldnt happen again. My car was dirty and had rain spots on it. My car is show room ready. I even told him i dont want to leave it there if he cant take care of it and make sure its indoors at all times. I take the car back and i just needed to bleed the clutch. for 1 month this dude couldnt figure that out?? Im having an issue with my vette and called him to speak about the tune. He says why are you calling me? My responsibility leaves when you drive off. Then starts to scream at me and then hangs up. So this guy doesnt even back the work he does? If you have a high end fast car i would not let this guy touch it. Would be a total mistake. Hes a basic D- daily driver mecahinc. He is no pro.

I would advise everyone to NOT use this shop! Long story short Mike and I discussed repairing my car. After the car sat for several weeks at his shop without having any movement in the repair, many calls missed and never returned, I decided I had no other option but to pick up the car and have it repaired elsewhere. When I arrived to pick up the care Mike blamed me for lack of communication, proceeded to yelling at me, and slamming doors as if it was my fault for him not having the time to work on the car and return calls. I would not recommend this shop at all! Listen to other reviews and proceed with caution.

I've heard mixed reviews about this place. Apparently he's the local chevy guy in town. I couldn't tell you cause all he did was give me the run around for months. I called so many times. He would tell me to call him back every time and never schedule me. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Finally found a great tuner that was extremely helpful and reliable. At one point the guy tried talking me out of a tune because he didn't do the work. For the record I still never heard back from him.

Just to confirm with others have already said. This place is not the same since Geoff sold the company. Called in to get a quote and was told to send an email with all the details. A week later still no response. So I called in today to ask about it and to get a quote for just a retune instead of the full LS6 head install and retune. Spoke to Mike again and he had a nasty attitude about being behind and that I will need to leave my car there a few days for him to catch up. He said I don't know what you expect for us to do for you when we are buried. I didn't want anything special or jump ahead of anyone I just need to know prices and when to drop it off. I was understanding and polite the whole time. He pretty much told me to f#&% off. Its ok. I'll gladly time my hard earned money else where I advise you to do the same. Mike if you want to make money ask Geoff to teach you about good customer service.

I took my Silverado in to get tuned after I installed a performance camshaft. They seem to know what they are doing. But after getting my truck back. It didn’t idle very well and like to stall. I called them up and brought it back in so they could touch up the idle. But all he did was drive it around the block as a test. Truck still idles a little rough. Tried calling him back and has yet to receive a response. If you aren’t in there to bring your corvette and spend thousands of dollars, they won’t spend the time necessary to get your truck running right.

Called 2 months ago to make an appointment for a dyno tune. The day before the appointment I stopped by just to confirm the appointment. I was met at the door by some old guy that just said, "We aren’t doing dyno’s this week." The guy that does the tunes was out. The professional thing to do would be to call your customer and let them know. I don’t know how businesses like this stay open. Zero sense of priority to take care of their customers.

Poor customer service surprised he’s still in business.
