Love my inserts! I had my first pair for 9 years and wore them all day every day before getting a new pair recently. Before Pam helped me out I was unable to walk without pain because of plantar fasciitis. Now I have been pain free for 9 years.

I walk wieh a limp. I use a came now . Im not even 50 yet. Turns out I have a shorter foot and my hips are doing all the work. Is that why I need a double hip replacement ???? Well, we will see. Gonna get my new orthotics, wear them for 6 mos and I’ll write a new review. So far. She has my business. Dr. Pam, U R A life changer ❤

What an amazing journey I have had with Pam and John at Footwear by Design. After years of working retail and being on my feet for hours I had started to experience back and knee pain. I have seen a chiropractor for years but relief was temporary. After a consultation with Pam last February I decided to try the orthodics-what amazing results. I have little to no knee pain and posture/spine is now straight.

I have been coming to see Pam and John for several years now. I have had several neck surgeries, a hip surgery and have chronic pain. Fitting me with custom orthotics is a life changer for me. They are so knowledgeable, kind and supportive. They truly care and it shows. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

My feet were so bad I could not walk without pain. My first set of orthotics put me back on track. It is a process to reshape the feet. I had very flat feet. Pam explains the whole process, measures for the custom made orthotics, and follows up after you get them. Her commitment to your well being is fantastic. She continues to see you and will make adjustments as needed to the orthotics. Eventually you need a new pair to continue to shape your feet; I have my third set now. It is an expensive process, but I tell everyone it is the best money I ever spent. I have sent several friends to Pam and John and all have thanked me as they have been helped so much. Highly recommend.

I had Pam make me custom inserts for my shoes. I have tried many brands of over the counter inserts and had minimal relief. Pam's inserts are game changers. I stand and walk like a young man again. My knee pain is GONE! I love my inserts and wear them as much as I can. I wish I knew about these inserts many years ago.

There's no place like this if you have problems with your feet! I had plantar fasciitis and my feet hurt all the time... If you go to a podiatrist they're going to sell you expensive off the rack foot inserts that come from China... These folks made me handmade custom inserts for my shoes that are a miracle! for less cost than what the podiatrist wanted to charge me. They give great service if you have any problems with your feet rather than getting something on Amazon or from your foot doctor see these folks instead!

They have changed my husbands life with their skills on orthotics. So thankful Pam and her foot magic!!!!

2015 December I walked in with pain in my foot (no I do not run marathons). They set me up with new orthotics (take about 4 weeks to get them ready after they take your foot impression on a cast). And they gave me a set of new slippers.
Year later - 2017 Jan, I realize pain in the foot is gone :)

Amazing people that provide the best foot care. They are kind and listen to what you have to say. I couldn't be happier, no more foot pain!

It's a year later and I still have no pain. I'm going back for more.
