Bought a certificate at Winter Park, FL wine event! Best decision ever! Our wine specialist, Sarah, is amazing! We had such a wonderful time with her. She was able to answer all 100 of my question lol. We had a great time.

I have been a customer and consumer of PRP for the last 19 years. The wine consultants are very knowledgeable as well as personable. I have had the same "Wine Lady"; Laura Hastie for the entire time.

There is a wide variety of wines to suit any palette and the costs are extremely reasonable. What we particularly enjoy is the ability to taste the wine before you buy it. And the wines have no added sulfites.

The company truly shows its appreciation of the business by hosting several wine events through out the year. We purchase 95% or more of our entire wine consumption thru PRP, either in person or via a phone call to our consultant.

We probably consume at least 4 bottles a week with our dinner.

PRP has ben an excellent relationship for my family. All htree of our grown children are also clients of PRP.

Had a wonderful evening and Thadeu our wine specialist was very knowledgeable and very professional young man!! Will enjoy another tasting with PRP and Thadeu with some friends to share this experience and nice evening. Thank you

We just attended a special event there and everyone was fantastic plus the wine was delicious. I walked away with some bottles of wine and supported their charity for dogs.

If you're not persistent, the manager will never get back to you. I considered trying the Wine Tasting with this company, but from reviews I'd seen, they were not trustworthy and professional. Calling for more information only further proved that. The secretary and manager were rude and if you plan to purchase the Groupon, DON'T! I think there is less respect given to those who request their service at a cheaper rate through Groupon. Also, there appears to be only one person handling reservations for the entire office which is the manager? The secretary was pretty much useless. She couldn't provide me with much information and never knew if her manager was in his office or not. Very disappointed. I really wanted to try them out but it's not a risk I'm willing to take.

I bought a $19.00 In Home Wine on Groupon. After I purchased the Groupon I tried to call the phone number on the Groupon which is a voice mail ONLY. After leaving 3 voice mails and the last one was threating to report them to the BBB, I received a returned phone call to explain to me how the wine tasting worked and was told to call back once I had a date. I have a date and now want to schedule, again I have left several voice mails with out any one calling me back, and today I tried to called and the voice mail message doesn't even come on to let me leave a message. Very shady. At this point I dont' even want the wine tasting and just want my stupid $19 back.

Pushy sales people not good wine

I wish I had looked up their reviews before purchasing their "offer" at the wedding expo in Orlando. I paid for in home wine tasting in February and it's now September and I'm still trying to get them to simply keep an appointment. I spoke with someone in July and made an appointment for September 21st. I reached out to the manager as well as the representative they were sending a day in advance and was told "sorry, I can't make it." That is unacceptable. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this bullishit charge.

We won a gift certificate for an in-home wine tasting. I called and left a message to schedule. A woman named Bailey called me back the next day, confirmed the day was available, and asked me to get in touch with her a week or 2 before the date with approximate head count and wine selection requests. In the several days prior to the scheduled date, I called and texted numerous times, and left several voicemails. I never received any return text or call, and had to tell my attendees I had to cancel because I was completely ghosted by the representative. I will now never purchase PRP products in the future, and I will share my story so that others don’t make the same mistake I did.
