I was greeted soon as I walked in for an application, very friendly folks in there.

Great and friendly service! The staff is well trained and knowledgeable about gardening, home repair, tools needed for the job, ect.

The associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know something they are not afraid to say it followed by but I can find out. The store is very clean, however I almost always come for the plants out. They have well cared for garden plants, flowers and vegetables. You can always ask if they will order a plant on the next order if they don't have it. Very dog friendly crew. Sharky dog gives them 2 paws up and a waggy tail.🤗

I took my package to the UPS drop off located in this Ace Hardware store on Thursday, March 25th, 2021. So far, according to modern UPS tracking, the package has not gone anywhere.
Update: I have adjusted my rating based on the quick response of the management of this store. This representative has responded to my complaint in a very satifactory manner.

The customer service at Ace is unmatched. If you are like me and are a bit of a DIY goof these guys and gals can figure out exactly what you need based on less than accurate descriptions of parts and projects. 5 out of 5

This store has almost everything I need and if they don't have it in stock, it's easy to order online. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Nice people and always willing to help. They have pretty much of anything you need as far as home and garden and so much more. To be in a small town the price is reasonable.

My husband loves to visit Ace hardware for the freshly made ice. That is the main reason for our visits there is to fill his coolers with ice.
