I am from Savannah but was in Glenville for business. My phone was broken, so I stopped at the Verizon store and was helped immensely by Anna. I couldnt remember any passwords, but she was able to get me going with a new iphone 15.
Anna is a hard working, patient, and devoted person who helped at a time of urgency for me. She gets a five star rating on all categories. Thanks

I came in a few months ago upgraded my phone with Anna and she told me about discounts and offers that were happening and saved me so much money! Now I have a new phone with a lower bill! Today I came in to add a line with my husband and they were so helpful with us switching over and the environment they have in this store is excellent. Very happy and grateful for Natasha and Anna getting us set up on two different occasions!

Regina and Bradley were great! We had a special situation and they were able to help me and my family get all set back up. They were kind and patient and helped me get logged in to all my stuff! I'm excited!! Regina took her time to get a solution for me and my mom and I'm elated. Never let her go.

Natasha was EXTREMELY helpful when we stopped in about my wife's dead phone. She was professional, helpful, honest and personable all in one package. We are so glad we stopped because our previous experiences with other Verizon stores was disappointing....now we know there are friendly and knowledgeable service representatives in the Verizon network. Bradley was amazing, he helped me pick out my phone because of an amazing deal they had for $800 off a new iPhone 13!! Regina was so sweet and she helped me pick out a nice sparkly case for my pink phone. I love it and I love the new crew here at the Glennville store!! Y’all stay around now!! Lovely, lovely experience!

Miss Regina was the sweetest girl to work with. She had a great demeanor and attitude even through a difficult previous customer. She kept her cool and was able to greet me with a smile as if nothing had happened. Lovely girl, please keep Regina around!!

Okay so this is super long but REALLY worth the read.

I went to this location on two occasions and had the best experience both times! The first time was trading in my phone for an upgrade. I was greeted by Regina and was asked what I was looking to do on that day. She was very kind and was easy to talk to! There were a couple of people in front of me and I had to wait for a while but that’s not a big deal. Then the other associate in the store, Bradley, became free and Regina immediately let him know I was next. Great teamwork! As we were getting into the details, Bradley was very nice and helpful and easy to talk to as well. He even explained the promotion that I utilized and was very transparent with the information that I needed to know. Super super helpful. I also overheard Regina helping an elderly lady and being very very patient with her. Regina explained everything the lady needed to know about her purchases and made sure she understood the information she gave her. I thought that was awesome because technology can be difficult for the older generation to easily grasp at times. Since I had to wait for so long, (again is no problem I understand completely) I needed to leave to go to work, which is like right across the street. Even before I had to really leave he told me he would walk the phone over after it became set up. I didn’t want to make him do that at all but I did need to go to work. I ended up going to work and not long after, Bradley WALKED THE PHONE TO MY JOB IN THE HEAT. The both of them were SUPER nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The second occasion, I needed to get a screen protector, case, and cord adapter for my new phone. Bradley assisted me again and was super helpful. He even let me know about a greater discount option by adding a cleaning kit that basically made my adapter FREE. I’ve had the best customer service experience in a long time from these two fine associates and plan on going to them and this location for any assistance I need or issues I may have. Thank you to Bradley and Regina for being literally such amazing people and making the process very enjoyable!

Regina Brown was a very good salesperson. She was so helpful and nice. Knows how to explain things to you and gets you the best deal possible. Has a wonderful personality and makes you feel welcomed in the store. Takes time with you and gets you all set up and ready to go. I definitely will becoming back in the future and definitely recommend coming to the Verizon store in Glennville.

Bradley was knowledgeable and ensures that I received the most economically and time efficient option available. Regina wasn't the association to assist me however I had the pleasure of watching her gravely handle a rather disagreeable customer. Both associates make the location look good. Keep it up!

Bradley was SUCH AN EXCELLENT rep. I am never going to another Verizon again. Regina was great too. I love this crew and I hope they never leave. Before they were here, there was a new person here every month. I am so satisfied with Bradley and Regina at the glennville store.

Regina and Bradley were both extremely helpful. We came here with some questions on how to transfer my daughters phone number to my old one. They helped transfer the information. Regina then helped us save money on the iPhone 13, so we wouldn’t have to come back in a year or two and buy a phone full price. Overall, a lovely and very low stress experience.

Regina was a great rep as we brought in our own device for my wife and were passing her old one down to him. She was so helpful in helping with getting us sorted out with parental controls and all. Helpful girl, would recommend 100%

The ladies at the store today 3/17 were so helpful despite their system being down. They contacted a different store to log into my account to get me a new SIM card. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated their initiative today and their wonderful customer service!

Another great interaction with Regina, I'm bringing her all the fresh veggies she wants as long as she's here to help me with my verizon needs. She lets me know about all the good deals when they come up and I am always with her knowledge and expertise! Bradley is awesome too!

Regina was so awesome. She had some technical difficulties and she was able to overcome them laughing the entire time. She said she's been in the business a while so nothing bothers her. I'm so glad I got her and I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family!!

Regina met us at the door, which I hadn't experienced before. She was very warm and inviting. My husband and I were looking to upgrade our old Google XL's and she told us about the newest Google Pixel 6. I saw the display photo and said I had to have it. She set it up and transferred everything without a hitch. I am really happy we stopped at this store today! I will absolutely recommend this store to all my friends and family!!!! Please keep her here!!

Natasha had the upmost best customer service. She helped get the most important items off one phone and on too another. Contacts and photos retrieved thank you so much for your help.
